Bob has been so helpful and professional. He know all about Frenchies and saved me time , money and heartache twice from a breeder who tried to sell me unfit pups I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff and vets at the clinic for being professional and caring when my 16 yr old Jake was put to sleep December 31st last year. I agonised over the decision but when the time came the few words I was able to exchange through my tears with the staff was enough to help me get through it. The candle burning at reception so others would be considerate and the hand written card I received in the mail afterwards expressing their condolences meant a lot. Thankyou to Bob also for Jake's care in the many years before. Rest peacefully Jake.

Dr Bob is the only vet my poodle has been to where he hasn't suffered anxiety! The staff are excellent, Dr Bob is wonderful with my pooch and explained everything very thoroughly and the clinic is very modern and clean. Teeth clean and a couple of x rays for a troublesome shoulder and at a better price than anywhere else. If you want the best care for your pets, I highly recommend these guys. They 100% care for animals. Thank you Dr Bob and your team.

After a bad experience with another vet in Narre Warren (one big marketing spiel, disingenuous), we took our 3 month old sheltie to Dr Bob! My wife and I were very impressed with the 1. customer service, 2. The in depth level of knowledge, 3. Genuineness and honesty/not just trying to sell us other crap. I highly recommend taking your pet here!

The staff are excellent, Dr Bob is wonderful with my pooch and explained everything very thoroughly and the clinic is very modern and clean.
