Great first experience with the staff from this clinic. Taking my elderly little dog Ellie this morning for the first time was quite traumatic for her, but the girls were great, the problem with her paw was soon dealt with, nails clipped and we were on the way home within a short time, one happy little dog and one grateful owner. We have recently moved to berwick and needed to find a new vet for our 4 fur babies. The staff at narre warren vet clinic have been absolutely wonderful. They remembered me on my second visit after only seeing me and my babies once before! Such a wonderful homely feeling at the clinic! I feel so welcome every single time I visit. That after phoning and leaving a message that Shelby had passed.. not ONE call from the Vet who was treating him, not a card, nothing... :(

I have lived in Narre Warren for eight years and the service I have been given is nothing short of excellent. The vet nurses are always friendly, willing to help and make you feel welcome and at ease....
I have lived in Narre Warren for eight years and the service I have been given is nothing short of excellent. The vet nurses are always friendly, willing to help and make you feel welcome and at ease. The Vets have a skillset that would be hard to find elsewhere (including Chiropractic treatment) and are happy to take the time to explain why something has happened and why the animal needs that treatment and what all the options are. As the owner of a pet that needs ongoing medical treatment I feel he is in safe hands. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet clinic that is a cut above the rest. I know my pet enjoys a better quality of life thanks to their care, attention and professionalism.

I have lived in Narre Warren for eight years and the service I have been given is nothing short of excellent. The vet nurses are always friendly, willing to help and make you feel welcome and at ease.
