Dear Ed, Phil, Anne, (Rob) and all the incredible warm and friendly vet nurses and receptionists, We cannot thank you enough for all the wonderful care you extended to my beautiful girl over the years. Ed, you were the first doctor that cared enough to accurately diagnosis my girl with hip dysplasia when she was just a youngster. You were so good with her! You also saved her foot and life by amputating her toe when she had gangrene. Phil, how can we thank you for coming to our rescue and welcoming us even with all those UTI's and skin infections. I really hope one day you will understand that she never meant to strain your friendship with her snappiness. Although, it probably didn't seem like it at the time she KNEW you were one of the good peoples. Anne, unfortunately, we didn't get to know you as well, but I know you are kind and passionate about animals and have such a wealth of knowledge to share. Rob, l have few words and many tears. You never once turned your back on us and went above and beyond to help us. You were a true friend to both Kai and I and we will never forget you or your kindness. Went here almost two years ago now, I know it's a bit late for this but it just stuck with me for this long and I have not been able to shake my disgust.

Went here almost two years ago now, I know it's a bit late for this but it just stuck with me for this long and I have not been able to shake my disgust.
Saw Anne Woolley and i asked her one question about a natural remedy someone else recommended to help my dogs dry eye issue, and she took one look at me as though I'd just committed a crime, left the room, gathered all this unnecessary medication, came back and told me to go out front. Next thing I know I was up for $400 for a consultation visit without any explanation from the vet regarding any of the medication.
Not to mention my initial question was never answered.
Went somewhere else months later to find everything prescribed was actually unnecessary.
Seems Anne was deeply offended by something and then only interested in the quickest $400 she could make, over the health of my dog.
Needless to say, I have never returned since.

Disappointed with the service from two other veterinary clinics, I have returned to Niddrie. I put up with the longer drive to get the accurate diagnisis and the excellent treatment options I always get at Niddrie Vet Clinic.

I have now been bringing my dogs here for about 14 years and I have never had a bad experience with the care and love they have given my dogs. When I first came it was with an aged dog and I was surprised with the level of attention she received. Not only are the vets so capable and work hard to do what they can but the vet nurses are also so special with the love and care they give when handling your pet as well as speaking to you over the phone.
