Fantastic service. While the minimum consultation fee seems a little high, it is actually lower than most vets and they are very thorough. I've been here numerous times with my dog and they really seem to care, offer great advice and treatment. I've never been pushed into unnecessary treatments. In addition to this, the retail products that they offer are very reasonably priced.

Great vet, such warm and friendly service. They do let themselves down with very long waiting times though. I've been the only person in reception before and still don't wait less than 20-30 min.

While the front end staff are wonderful the same cannot be said for at least one of the surgeons.
My precious cat went in for a teeth operation and was returned suffering from respiratory distress. ...
While the front end staff are wonderful the same cannot be said for at least one of the surgeons.
My precious cat went in for a teeth operation and was returned suffering from respiratory distress. After a stressful night returned to the vets the next morning and put under a warm air blower as his body temp was low. He was returned that afternoon in the same state, they had no explanation of what was wrong and provided no advice, prognosis or course of action.
That night his breathing got worse so we rang the Carnegie Emergency Vet Hospital and they said to bring him straight in. They were horrified he was sent home in this condition and put him straight into an oxygen box.
Unfortunately after 4 days of intensive care by their wonderful staff he died.

My precious cat went in for a teeth operation and was returned suffering from respiratory distress. After a stressful night returned to the vets the next morning and put under a warm air blower as his body temp was low.
