I visited our vet today to get my 8 month year old kitten desexed. I had a voucher for desexing so I brought that with me to the clinic, the lady Alice who served me the entire visit didn’t have record if my voucher so I had to email that to her, it wasn’t coming through on her end and continued to serve literally every other customer coming in and even had they’re pets go in before me, she kept saying how she’ll check her emails but proceeded to walk pass me several times I was standing up waiting for half an hour she then offered me to send it to her email which then it worked. I leave the clinic and come back to pick up my cat and Alice tells me she did an accident which is totally okay, she told me they cleaned her up but when I got home my poor cat had poo dangling from her butt and was really dirty around that area and she was completely clean going into the vet I can’t believe this Read Less

If you love your pet, do not bring them here! Don't risk their health and wellbeing. We took our 14 year old cat who was very constipated (for 4+ days) to this vet, and after doing x-rays and blood work, they were too busy to give us the results. They should have given her an enema straightaway as there was internal - possibly permanent damage, we were later told - due to the constipation (apparently they recommended this, but just didn't tell us). At 4pm on the day we took her, they called up to let us know that the bill thus far was $1,100 (what for, we don't know!) and to do an enema would cost a total of $1600. They said let's "wait and see" and do the enema the next day. We still were not told of the internal damage. If we knew we would have requested the enema straightaway, for her. Rebecca didn't even come to the phone to speak to us about the condition of our cat. When I called later that evening, I heard her tell the assistant vet, to just repeat what was already said to my husband previously (the phone was not muted). The next day we did not receive a call. The vet who is the "director" - Natalie, couldn't be bothered to contact us. I suppose as it was Rebecca's "patient" she couldn't afford the time on our cat, so instead we were told that they gave our little girl a further laxative (that didn't work), & fluids, and of course charged us hundreds of dollars. It was on the 3rd day, that we were told of the internal damage (this was NOT mentioned when results were requested and discussed with Alice from reception on day 2). We requested the enema straightaway and picked up our cat that evening - of course, they charged us for 3 nights, even though she was only there for 2. Total cost $2k. We complained regarding the lack of communication, and care vs cost, and was told by Rebecca and reception, that Natalie would call back to discuss. I suppose, as she is a Director, she doesn't really answer to anyone, and doesn't care? It's been over 3 weeks, and we still have not been contacted. She was unwell the first week, but has been back for 2 weeks. We have followed up, but received no response. Of course they are very "busy". Busy getting in as much business as they can and being negligent of the pets they are meant to care for. If you love your pet, take them elsewhere, where they will be looked after, and given the time and attention they deserve. Read Less
