We took our new cavoodle Charlie here yesterday and were absolutely impressed with the service and care we received. From the moment we walked through the door, we were made to feel welcome and all procedures and protocols explained. A full examination of Charlie was undertaken and an appropriate course of action for his next Vaccs and worming tablets etc. given. We are so pleased to have chosen PMVC as our vets, as although we live in Southbank they are relatively close and have really great opening hours for working families.

I was surprised to read the negative reviews as I have been a client here for several years and never had a bad experience! The staff here are lovely and very knowledgeable. I had an emergency with my dog a few months ago (everything's fine PHEW!) and they made the time to see me immediately! I've been to other vet clinics in the past and Port Melbourne is by far the highest standard of customer service and care. Keep up the good work guys!

Have had several visits with my partner for our pup and and tired of how poor the customer service and care is here. If it were not an emergency I would not have come back, and I would recommend the same to others. Overall the service and care is quite poor. The majority of the staff have been rude, and have not listened is our dealings with them. Have had much better care and service nearby elsewhere and will continue to go there, unfortunately this was an emergency, but the service was poor again and felt others should know there are better practices around.
