Have been a member of best friends Thomastown for a number of years and also the vet l decided to go to preston as Thomastown was busy my dog was quite ill l had to leave my dog there for a blood...
Have been a member of best friends Thomastown for a number of years and also the vet l decided to go to preston as Thomastown was busy my dog was quite ill l had to leave my dog there for a blood test the vet told me it wont be more than 500 to 600 l needed to attend to see a doctor about my mother she terminally ill as the doctor consulted me that day this has nothing to do with the vet l understand My friend and myself called 3 times to see about my dog and the price Each time they would say busy we dont know finally at 5.pm l went there snd still the invoice was not ready then a bill of 999 was presented to me This is out of my pay range did not have enough money and no credit card my business card exceeded the amount for that day l had to use my sons by calling him him calling them They also did not fix the problem gave me antibiotics which dud not work then went again to see him he charged me again and told me he cant help me Thank god for lord smith people who care for animals truly and not only to take your money l may hsve had attitude but yu need to tell clients whst it will cost spoke to a person in charge of centre and others l asked for a rebate they said we dont do that l am just so dissatisfied with the way it was handled l will never go there again and also they are not giving me the xrays i paid for them
