Our first visit with Dr Robin at Preston Vet clinic for second opinion on Lucky's lump was the best vet experience we've ever had.
Dr Robin with his experience, knowledge and confidence made it easier for us and Lucky, as we have lost faith and trust in previous vets. He took the time to explain everything for us. He was honest, genuine and his care showed that he has the best interest at heart for us and our pet.
We knew straight away we could trust him with no doubt, and the outcome shows.
Dr Robin had saved Lucky's life. My family and I will always be grateful. Words cannot express enough the way we all feel right now. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our beautiful boy Lucky. Dr Robin is an amazing Vet Surgeon, his professional and carrying.
We highly recommend Dr Robin and his team to any pet owner, they are amazing, professional, thoughtful and caring.

Dr Robin Zelesco and the entire team offer an outstanding veterinary practice. The staff are extremely professional and very easy going. The care they offer our dog and cat is expectational. We changed Vets in early 2019 as our dog appeared to have been misdiagnosed. Sadly, we were correct, but at least she was given every respect, dignity and care possible. Out dog and cat are very well looked after here, and unlike our previous veterinary practice, we are not bombarded with products to purchase. Instead, the concentration here is on providing the best possible care to our fur family members.

I can’t remember the first time we took our dogs to Robin and Preston Vet, it was over 20 years ago and we’ve never taken a beloved pet anywhere else. I can’t imagine what I’d do without Robin. He has many times gone over and above throughout the lives of the generations of dogs(and one blind cat) myself and my mother have had. Through the whole of your beloved’s life cycle Robin will be there for you both, a wonderful human being he is.
Robin is the most compassionate, patient, caring and knowledgeable veterinarian I’ve ever met. You know you’ve brought your best friend to the right place the moment you step into the reception, all the staff are warm, friendly and caring.
I cannot recommend Robin and the staff at a Preston Vet Clinic higher.

I have been taking my dogs to Robin for over 25 years and will continue to, as long as I have animals. He is and has always been thorough, transparent and compassionate. My dogs love him but most importantly, they trust him. No matter how long its been he always remembers my fur kids. I cannot recommend Robins practice, his vets and nurses highly enough. I know that no matter what my animals are going through they're in the best hands that they can be in.

We have been taking our cat Digger to see Robin and the team for a number of years and would never consider taking him anywhere else due to the care he receives at the Preston Vet Clinic. Digger recently had a serious case of pancreatitis and we are incredibly grateful to Swee and the team for their treatment and care, resulting in him fully recovering. It was a very stressful time Swee and the team of nurses kept us constantly updated and truly understand how important communication is for owners during these times. They would call after hours and provide updates as they understand there is a parent about to have a sleepless night worrying about their fur child. The empathy and compassion shown is second to none.

They’ve had all manner of injuries and illnesses and Robin always takes the time to explain whats going on and how to best to fix it. And when its been the end Robin has been a great comfort. Brought my 11-week old puppy in and the staff was friendly and professional. From their enthusiasm one gets a sense that they are enjoying the company with animals. My puppy had a freak home incident by ingesting some chemicals and Dr Zelesco very promptly gave medical advice over the emergency line without the need to rush to a hospital. Truly impressed, and thankful (!), that the staff have the pets and their owners at heart!

I used to be a Groomer at Preston Veterinary Clinic at least 20 years ago. I was privileged to observe Robin and his staff work their magic on all creatures great and small. Over the past 20 years Robin has looked after my little poodle Pebbles from her beginning and to her end. He looked after our 16 yr old cat Muffy who recently passed away. He took care of my chihuahua Cassie until we relocated to the Gold Coast where she passed away unexpectedly. I now have 2 of the most adorable chihuahua crosses, unfortunately one of the two Poppy became ill 1 year ago and we nearly lost her. I felt that she never had a clear diagnosis and after seeing many vets on the Gold Coast and then once again relocating back to Victoria, we now live 2 hrs out of Melbourne in regional Victoria where I have seen 6 more vets, I contacted our friend Robin and made an appointment. We are so happy that we did as we now have a diagnosis and after nearly 2 weeks in hospital under Robin and his staff's wonderful care, we were able to bring Poppy home today. She is by no means out of the woods yet as Robin explained, but he is a Vet that instills confidence and trust. He will tell you how it is and my husband Don and I respect his honesty, integrity and professionalism. Despite having a local vet both my girls will now be under Robin's care and we will look at the 4 hr round trip as catching up with an old friend.
We can very highly recommend Robin, his practice Vets and his nursing staff to anyone needing care for their fur babies. Not because he is a friend but because we all need someone we can trust with our most precious family members.

Dr.robin has always been straight up and honest,he has always been respectfull,honest and caring,and compassionate,friendly,and he has always been emperthetic. Dr.robin has always explained the what,why,where in simple layman's termswith diagrams where the problem is and how he treated that issue. Dr.robin has saved my ruby olive on several occasions. I have found dr.robin to be the vetinarion i have come accross. The nurses are also caring,friendly,compassionate,and honest.I will not go to any other vet. Dr Robin and the staff at Preston Vet have continually provided the best service, support and assistance. They know you as soon as you arrive, remember your pets, provide fantastic care and attention and give honest and clear advice. Everything is discussed and considered and a lot of time is taken to ensure the best outcome for all.
We have recommended Dr Robin to all of our friends and neighbours - all of whom are extremely happy with the service and care provided.
I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Describe my experience? Which one? lol. Every time we have been to see the vets at Preston it is a pleasure. I know weird right. From our first boy back in 1992 to our girl, boy, boy, and another boy (the last 4 are still with us, thriving well) over the next 20 years we have found the staff and vets nothing but professional, friendly, kind and compassionate. As a kid they were just around the corner, but now for me I live the other side of town and still make the trip to get them health checked and any other issues over the years. I have complete faith in the vet, especially Dr Robin, when our little oddball broke his leg, (twice in 2 weeks, he used to get under your feet as a puppy, learn this the hard way) Dr Robin knew exactly what he needed and he now runs around still like a rat bag. When our girl gave birth to a 130gram single premature puppy, Preston Vets where there with the advice and help we needed to get our boy to the big chubby he is today. So I thank everyone who works there, now and in the past. For helping care of our fur family. <3

What an amazing clinic. All the staff from vets, nurses to reception are caring and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm always impressed with the service, whether it be advice over the phone, a routine check up or more urgent medical issues. Also, the pricing is so fair, I never feel like I'm being ripped off. I have always had a pet in my life and this is the only place I trust to take care of my fury family members. All of the staff here are simply animal lovers and do a fantastic job of keeping our animals healthy and happy.

The love and care shown to our 2 dogs by Robin Zelesco and the team of staff is just impeccable. Robin gives us so much generosity of time and is always full of feedback not just on the health, but temperament and training of our pets. Even a vaccination and check up, is a full consultation with all questions answered about anything! Never feel rushed out, so impressed by the interest taken in my pets wellbeing. The clinic is super clean too! We have moved further away from the clinic and still more than happy to make the journey to Preston. Best vet ever. Thanks always, Ziggy, Oslo, Inga and their humans.

After 20+ years of exceptional service, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr. Robin & the team are very respectful, compassionate & understanding. They go above & beyond their duty to assist, & make the experience pleasant for you & your pet.
The staff are very welcoming & friendly & the facilities are kept to the highest standards & very hygienic.
Dr. Robin has rehabilitated, & restored the health of my canine friends on numerous occasions & provided the utmost with their expertise.
I've recommend the clinic to friends & family & they've also found the endeavour superior to what preceded them, with some even making a lengthy trip to ensure their pet has a reliable health practitioner.
Their services are consistently reliable & they follow up on the progress of my pets condition, always providing helpful feedback & advice to assist with caring for my pets.
I always return from my visits feeling well informed with the knowledge to further aid my doggies.
I can't express enough, what it means to my family & I to have the support of Dr. Robin & staff at Preston Veterinary Clinic.
Their care, service & guidance has made my pets lives so much greater.

Robin and his staff are a team of dedicated professionals who have looked after our needs for 17years. From general annual care to that dreaded time of goodbyes, we couldn't have been in better hands. Thorough diagnosis and options/explanations given with a focus on what's best for the animal at all times. Our family can't speak highly enough of PVC and wouldn't dream of adopting another puppy without consulting Robin for advice. We look forward to that time with the knowledge and reassurance that PVC will provide the highest level of care and support.

Our first visit with Dr Robin at Preston Vet clinic for second opinion on Lucky's lump was the best vet experience we've ever had.
Dr Robin with his experience, knowledge and confidence made it easier for us and Lucky, as we have lost faith and trust in previous vets. He took the time to explain everything for us. He was honest, genuine and his care showed that he has the best interest at heart for us and our pet.
We knew straight away we could trust him with no doubt, and the outcome shows.
Dr Robin had saved Lucky's life. My family and I will always be grateful. Words cannot express enough the way we all feel right now. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our beautiful boy Lucky. Dr Robin is an amazing Vet Surgeon, his professional and carrying.

Dr Robin Zelesco and the entire team offer an outstanding veterinary practice. The staff are extremely professional and very easy going. The care they offer our dog and cat is expectational. We changed Vets in early 2019 as our dog appeared to have been misdiagnosed. Sadly, we were correct, but at least she was given every respect, dignity and care possible. Out dog and cat are very well looked after here, and unlike our previous veterinary practice, we are not bombarded with products to purchase. Instead, the concentration here is on providing the best possible care to our fur family members.

I can’t remember the first time we took our dogs to Robin and Preston Vet, it was over 20 years ago and we’ve never taken a beloved pet anywhere else. I can’t imagine what I’d do without Robin. He has many times gone over and above throughout the lives of the generations of dogs(and one blind cat) myself and my mother have had. Through the whole of your beloved’s life cycle Robin will be there for you both, a wonderful human being he is.
Robin is the most compassionate, patient, caring and knowledgeable veterinarian I’ve ever met. You know you’ve brought your best friend to the right place the moment you step into the reception, all the staff are warm, friendly and caring.
I cannot recommend Robin and the staff at a Preston Vet Clinic higher.

I have been taking my dogs to Robin for over 25 years and will continue to, as long as I have animals. He is and has always been thorough, transparent and compassionate. My dogs love him but most importantly, they trust him. No matter how long its been he always remembers my fur kids. I cannot recommend Robins practice, his vets and nurses highly enough. I know that no matter what my animals are going through they're in the best hands that they can be in.

We have been taking our cat Digger to see Robin and the team for a number of years and would never consider taking him anywhere else due to the care he receives at the Preston Vet Clinic. Digger recently had a serious case of pancreatitis and we are incredibly grateful to Swee and the team for their treatment and care, resulting in him fully recovering. It was a very stressful time Swee and the team of nurses kept us constantly updated and truly understand how important communication is for owners during these times. They would call after hours and provide updates as they understand there is a parent about to have a sleepless night worrying about their fur child. The empathy and compassion shown is second to none.

They’ve had all manner of injuries and illnesses and Robin always takes the time to explain whats going on and how to best to fix it. And when its been the end Robin has been a great comfort. I wouldn’t dream of going to another vet.

Brought my 11-week old puppy in and the staff was friendly and professional. From their enthusiasm one gets a sense that they are enjoying the company with animals. My puppy had a freak home incident by ingesting some chemicals and Dr Zelesco very promptly gave medical advice over the emergency line without the need to rush to a hospital. Truly impressed, and thankful (!), that the staff have the pets and their owners at heart!

I used to be a Groomer at Preston Veterinary Clinic at least 20 years ago. I was privileged to observe Robin and his staff work their magic on all creatures great and small. Over the past 20 years Robin has looked after my little poodle Pebbles from her beginning and to her end. He looked after our 16 yr old cat Muffy who recently passed away. He took care of my chihuahua Cassie until we relocated to the Gold Coast where she passed away unexpectedly. I now have 2 of the most adorable chihuahua crosses, unfortunately one of the two Poppy became ill 1 year ago and we nearly lost her. I felt that she never had a clear diagnosis and after seeing many vets on the Gold Coast and then once again relocating back to Victoria, we now live 2 hrs out of Melbourne in regional Victoria where I have seen 6 more vets, I contacted our friend Robin and made an appointment. We are so happy that we did as we now have a diagnosis and after nearly 2 weeks in hospital under Robin and his staff's wonderful care, we were able to bring Poppy home today. She is by no means out of the woods yet as Robin explained, but he is a Vet that instills confidence and trust. He will tell you how it is and my husband Don and I respect his honesty, integrity and professionalism. Despite having a local vet both my girls will now be under Robin's care and we will look at the 4 hr round trip as catching up with an old friend.
We can very highly recommend Robin, his practice Vets and his nursing staff to anyone needing care for their fur babies. Not because he is a friend but because we all need someone we can trust with our most precious family members.
Many Thanks Robin and all the nursing Staff involved in Poppy's well being and care.

The staff are all professional, have a wealth of knowledge and are always happy to help. I usually see Robin however when he is unavailable I have full confidence in seeing the other vets. Dr Robin is so patient and caring towards his animal and human patients and always has time when we ask him questions. He has always treated us as VIP clients and has looked after our beloved pet as it was his own. I highly recommend Preston Vet Clinic.

I recently switched Vets after a 26 year loyalty to another Clinic for personal reasons. I fortunately found Preston Vet Clinic and I have dealt exclusively with Dr Blanca at the Clinic and am extremely satisfied with her professionalism, information sharing and friendliness towards myself and her treatments and surgery to my dog Declan, cat Erin and my hand raised galah Gus. All the other Vets and Vet Nurses are welcoming and appear very happy in their jobs. Well done and I will continue to attend Preston Veterinary Clinic and place my entire trust and Animals in their hands for first class care at very competitive cost.

I have been coming to dr.Robin for 9 years with my jack russell ruby olive,charlie,and ebony.I have always been ever so impressed with dr.robin and all of his staff. Dr.robin has always been straight up and honest,he has always been respectfull,honest and caring,and compassionate,friendly,and he has always been emperthetic. Dr.robin has always explained the what,why,where in simple layman's termswith diagrams where the problem is and how he treated that issue. Dr.robin has saved my ruby olive on several occasions. I have found dr.robin to be the vetinarion i have come accross. The nurses are also caring,friendly,compassionate,and honest.I will not go to any other vet. One of our friends recommended Preston Vet to us nearly 10 years ago saying they were "animal lovers with the best service and support". We're so glad we took her advice! Dr Robin and the staff at Preston Vet have continually provided the best service, support and assistance. They know you as soon as you arrive, remember your pets, provide fantastic care and attention and give honest and clear advice. Everything is discussed and considered and a lot of time is taken to ensure the best outcome for all.
We have recommended Dr Robin to all of our friends and neighbours - all of whom are extremely happy with the service and care provided.
I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Describe my experience? Which one? lol. Every time we have been to see the vets at Preston it is a pleasure. I know weird right. From our first boy back in 1992 to our girl, boy, boy, and another boy (the last 4 are still with us, thriving well) over the next 20 years we have found the staff and vets nothing but professional, friendly, kind and compassionate. As a kid they were just around the corner, but now for me I live the other side of town and still make the trip to get them health checked and any other issues over the years. I have complete faith in the vet, especially Dr Robin, when our little oddball broke his leg, (twice in 2 weeks, he used to get under your feet as a puppy, learn this the hard way) Dr Robin knew exactly what he needed and he now runs around still like a rat bag. When our girl gave birth to a 130gram single premature puppy, Preston Vets where there with the advice and help we needed to get our boy to the big chubby he is today. So I thank everyone who works there, now and in the past. For helping care of our fur family. <3

What an amazing clinic. All the staff from vets, nurses to reception are caring and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm always impressed with the service, whether it be advice over the phone, a routine check up or more urgent medical issues. Also, the pricing is so fair, I never feel like I'm being ripped off. I have always had a pet in my life and this is the only place I trust to take care of my fury family members. All of the staff here are simply animal lovers and do a fantastic job of keeping our animals healthy and happy.

The love and care shown to our 2 dogs by Robin Zelesco and the team of staff is just impeccable. Robin gives us so much generosity of time and is always full of feedback not just on the health, but temperament and training of our pets. Even a vaccination and check up, is a full consultation with all questions answered about anything! Never feel rushed out, so impressed by the interest taken in my pets wellbeing. The clinic is super clean too! We have moved further away from the clinic and still more than happy to make the journey to Preston. Best vet ever. Thanks always, Ziggy, Oslo, Inga and their humans.

After 20+ years of exceptional service, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr. Robin & the team are very respectful, compassionate & understanding. They go above & beyond their duty to assist, & make the experience pleasant for you & your pet.
The staff are very welcoming & friendly & the facilities are kept to the highest standards & very hygienic.
Dr. Robin has rehabilitated, & restored the health of my canine friends on numerous occasions & provided the utmost with their expertise.
I've recommend the clinic to friends & family & they've also found the endeavour superior to what preceded them, with some even making a lengthy trip to ensure their pet has a reliable health practitioner.
Their services are consistently reliable & they follow up on the progress of my pets condition, always providing helpful feedback & advice to assist with caring for my pets.
I always return from my visits feeling well informed with the knowledge to further aid my doggies.
I can't express enough, what it means to my family & I to have the support of Dr. Robin & staff at Preston Veterinary Clinic.
Their care, service & guidance has made my pets lives so much greater.

Robin and his staff are a team of dedicated professionals who have looked after our needs for 17years. From general annual care to that dreaded time of goodbyes, we couldn't have been in better hands. Thorough diagnosis and options/explanations given with a focus on what's best for the animal at all times. Our family can't speak highly enough of PVC and wouldn't dream of adopting another puppy without consulting Robin for advice. We look forward to that time with the knowledge and reassurance that PVC will provide the highest level of care and support.
