Absolutely disgusting. We just took our cat and a stray we found this morning to see the vet and the poor treatment and carelessness was appalling! We were charged over $500 for a check up, blood test and meds. They refused to wave the consultation fee for the stray cat (who was helpless, covered in poo and mattered, ulcers and wounds on her body) and told us if we can’t afford to pay the extra for antibiotics, special tests etc. that we should serender the cat to them... I’m shocked at how cold hearted and greedy these people are.... definitely should not be caring for helpless and sick animals! Read Less

The vet didn’t know how to handle animals - my cat never growls but he did at her was the first time I’ve heard him do that, he is 14. We also took in a stray, who was very gentle but starving and needed treatment, had open wounds, they wouldn’t even treat her unless I paid, they refused to wave the consultation fee and $500 later we left DISGRACEFUL! They had zero compassion for the poor little girl who was hanging on by a thread. Thieving heartless bastards who should NOT be working with animals. I hope you enjoy the $500 for 20 minutes - Greedy, heartless humans! Boycott the clinic. I cannot believe you were ok to charge a stranger who brought in a little baby to save them you PIGS! My husband brought a bird into this vet on a 40 degree day, barely breathing and close to death. Their "expert" advice was to take it home, put it where we found it (back outside in the heat) and let its parents come to feed it. We followed their instructions and it died within 5 minutes. Extremely disappointed, all they could care about was going home on time instead of looking after a distressed animal. Definitely will be taking our animals elsewhere and not recommending this vet to anyone Read Less

While slightly expensive, I won’t take my cat anywhere else. The vets here are friendly and knowledgeable and I can quickly get an appointment whenever I need one. Being able to book online and reorder medication online is very convenient. Read Less

I am new to the area and was after a good local vet, I thought I would give the clinic a try after reading the Google reviews. I was very disappointed as I felt they focused more on trying to sell than the care of my dog. I went in for a consult which lasted all up of about 4 minutes as my dog was apparently being "too stubborn" when the vet was moving her leg which was a lie as she was quite relaxed! After two failed attempts my only alternative was apparently an xray which would mean I was up for $550+. $106.05 later I left there with anti inflammatory tablets which I had to ask for & no clarity. Friendly staff and great customer service. They are always very accommodating, and have been able to fit my cat in for emergency appointments, even when they've been booked out. I'm impressed by the follow-up, as they always call to check how the treatment is going and will address any issues or concerns. I am so impressed with the level of care I have recieved from these vets - they have always been very professional and helpful. I have a cat with a several medical problems, and they have organized specialist testing when necessary for me a few times now and are always able to have a chat or answer any questions. I especially appreciated being prompty called by my vet Andrea with my cat's blood results, even though they were normal.. it was nice to not have to worry. I would highly recommend this vetinary practice, the staff are very caring and great at what they do. Read Less
