Having been a satisfied customer of Ringwood East Vetcare, both my dogs eventually required dental surgery. On collecting the first one on the day of the surgery, she was clean, bright and totally alert following 8 extractions. I received a phone call from the practice the following day to check on her condition as well as a physical check up several days later.
As I had thought the cost a little excessive, I then took the second dog to another clinic nearby for an identical procedure. Although the service provided was significantly cheaper, the condition the dog was in when collected was quite distressing. She was unclean, bloody, could neither stand or walk and was incontinent, all of which lasted for about 38 hrs.
I received no follow up call or check up following the surgery.
The facts speak for themselves. You have to pay for the level of service, expertise, quality of drugs and care that you want for your pets.
I will therefore continue to support Ringwood East Vetcare for their high level of professionalism.

We've had pets for over 16 years just recently used Ringwood East Vetcare,as we started to have a few issues with our existing vet.Dr Ivor attended to our dog.He explained the whole situation as to what was actually wrong and the appropriate way to tackle it.No expensive tests were ordered just his experience was enough to determine what was wrong.He prescribed a course of tablets where signs of improvement were evident after a few days.Highly recommend these guys they really know their stuff.

I needed to cancel a booking for my cat, well within a month of the booking, I couldn't get a refund. Very unhelpful and money driven. Not a busy time of year so really no reason why not. I can book into a specialist dr. without deposits and being able to cancel with 24 hrs notice. Office dealings were insensitive and about their policy, not my circumstances. I'm glad I didn't leave my cat there but would like my money back.

By far the best vet I have ever been to. Sadly my most recent experience ended with the euthanasia of my very ill cat, but every time I spoke with someone they were friendly, helpful and empathetic.

Vets here are very professional and friendly. They are patient to explain everything about my cat to me and give me good advices. Also, medications used for my cat was effective. I've been to so many vet clinics in Melbourne, this is the one I will definitely recommend people to go to. Although I hope my cats will never visit a vet due to illness, I will come here to have regular check up for them :> Thank you

I can book into a specialist dr. without deposits and being able to cancel with 24 hrs notice. Office dealings were insensitive and about their policy, not my circumstances.
