Dr Adam and Dr Aaron have both cared for our cat (who was extremely sick in Dec) and now for our dog. Both our pets were taken care of at the highest level and we are so grateful to everyone at the clinic. They are super friendly, highly skilled, patient and professional but so caring. They called us with constant updates and we thank everyone for being so supportive and taking such amazing care of our four legged family members. 🐾

I am so upset with the level of care our dog has received. He just turned 7 and has been going to the Central Veterinary Hospital since he was a puppy. Over 12 months ago I found a lump and immediately took him down to be examined. I was told it was a fatty lump, which I accepted without question as he has others. However about 2 months ago our dog attended his annual allergist appointment in Glen Waverley. His dermatologist specialist wasn't sure about the lump, so he examined it to discover it was a Mast Cell Tumor. It had started to spread and the operation required was huge. If the Central Veterinary Hospital had of taken the time to properly examine and inject the lump, they would have discovered it was a tumor over 12 months ago. It would not have spread or been such a huge operation. I'm extremely disapointed

I arrived here in distress as most people do in emergencies, and the kind staff were productive and assisted me without judgement. I called at the last minute, and the sweetest lady on the phone gave me an appointment soon enough that I could travel there right away. This place is very reasonably priced, and I cannot stress enough how kind and supportive the people are. The ladies at the counter were very friendly and smiley. I will be coming here next time my ferret gets caught in a spin cycle!

This vet saw my daughter's poor sick mouse within 5 minutes of our call and on a Friday evening. He was so dedicated, caring and gentle and extremely sensitive to my daughter's worries about her first pet. I can't recommend him enough.

I called at the last minute, and the sweetest lady on the phone gave me an appointment soon enough that I could travel there right away.
