I would like to thank the very dedicated staff, vet Joshua and nurse Jessica in dealing with our little Billy who was 17 years old and sadly passed away last year. Joshua you were not only thorough in dealing with Billy's health but gentle at the same time right up to the end. Both Silvo and I would like to thank you for being so caring along with Jessica at this sad time in our life. We have now adopted my parents-in-law's dog due to their health and you have continued to show the same professionalism with her. I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to anyone out there that is looking for a vet who really cares about your pets as if they were his own.

I was pet sitting for a friend whose pet got very ill. I was very satisfied with the service I received from vet Geta and vet nurse Bec. They worked so well together and I saw Geta taking the time to explain thing to Bec. This is great as I'm in a learning and development role and Geta was clearly being patient and comprehensive in her skilling of her team. Professional service and knowledgeable, friendly and intelligent vet. Thankyou for helping my friend's sick pet. It was very stressful as I'm not the pet's owner but thanks to Greencross Point Cook everything turned out very well in the end :)

Brought my pup here 2 months ago as she was constantly scratching and biting the fur off her legs and belly. The vet very poorly took samples for mites which came back negative and instead of giving the correct medication i was given multiple prescriptions for expensive medication which had no effect on curing my dog. After seeing no results I called back and explained that i needed to come again, i was told to wait for a call back to see if a consultation was needed. After waiting all day I still hadn't received a call back so I took her to another vet where she correctly diagnosed my dogs problem as mites and I was given the right medication.

Awful. In the 3 times I've been I've waited 40 minutes minimum. Despite calling 5 minutes before my appointment time, I STILL waited 40 minutes before walking out in disgust. Add to this - it stink...
Awful. In the 3 times I've been I've waited 40 minutes minimum. Despite calling 5 minutes before my appointment time, I STILL waited 40 minutes before walking out in disgust. Add to this - it stinks, it's dirty, the staff don't seem to care and it's ludicrously expensive. Did I mention you'll wait at least 40 minutes? Avoid like the plague.

Terrible experience. I have been charged for something, I didn't ask for. I requested for ear check, which the staff wasn't able to do it, instead they started asking for other stuff...I clear could make out, they wanted to make their billing for the day. Anyways was charged for consultation fee $70.00
agree my puppy is big but not aggressive, was advised he needs to put to sleep and requires admission for which the cost will be $560.00 and they are happy to book an appointment for tomorrow morning.
Shame on you guys. Will never come back to you and would neither recommend to anyone.

Joshua you were not only thorough in dealing with Billy's health but gentle at the same time right up to the end. They worked so well together and I saw Geta taking the time to explain thing to Bec.
