I think they over charge and recommend things that aren't really necessarily right my cat broke his leg they put a pin in and a week later took it out and said it hadn't been necessary $1,800 later I ...
I think they over charge and recommend things that aren't really necessarily right my cat broke his leg they put a pin in and a week later took it out and said it hadn't been necessary $1,800 later I still have a cat with a broken leg it's got to go through all that drama again.

Great caring service. I have found this at all Greencross vets I have visited. We are part of the Healthy Pets Plus program which is fantastic. And the staff always make us feel welcome when we drop in for weight checks or help with administering medication; nothing is ever too much.

We've been searching for almost a year for an avian vet in Melbourne that we can also take our dog to. We saw two vets there today, and both were so helpful, gave great honest and practical advice, and clearly wanted to help us look after our pets through simple and cost-effective ways. The staff were kind, realistic and upfront about options, costs, methods and outcomes. We really appreciate the effort they went to today to help a fledgling that left the nest too early and was having trouble breathing. Exceeded expectations and showed how much they value each life/patient.

The staff there are absolutely wonderful and very helpful. All I can say is if you need a avian specialist this is the place to be as all staff are confident in their work. Many thanks to the team.

We've been searching for almost a year for an avian vet in Melbourne that we can also take our dog to. We saw two vets there today, and both were so helpful, gave great honest and practical advice, and clearly wanted to help us look after our pets through simple and cost-effective ways.
