I'm really disappointed with the service. It was my first and last visit. We adopted a kitten, and I took her to the first check and vaccination. The cat wasn't examined properly. The whole process took less than 5 min. I've mentioned some skin colour change on the forehead and irritated skin under the nick. The vet didn't even bother looking. She said it is only mites, normal and harmless to human. She gave the cat the normal topical flea and worm treatment in addition to the vaccination. I ended up paying over $100 for less than 15min (including waiting) in the clinic. The kitten's situation worsen over the coming days and I decided to take her to a different clinic. The second vet did a thorough check and identified the issue as the nasty and contagious (to human) ringworm. He was surprised that the previous vet didn't pick it up.
I have 2 small kids and the kitten is living between us inside the house. We are now going through a long process of environmental disinfection and treatment for the poor kitten. I did the right thing by taking the kitten to check up as soon as I got her; unfortunately, it seems I have selected the wrong vet!

Dr Andrew Gould has looked after all our pets for the last 20 years. The new premises are fabulous and we would not go anywhere else, we now travel for over an hour each way for all our vet needs.

My cat is called Out 4 a Duck, why because he has three legs (someone cut his foot off, left him for dead as a kitten), thinking of cricket he's wicket was taken. Recently an injury via an un-desexed male, trying to get to him. A de-sexed male will loose their scent, so when it comes mating time, other males no done prowl around.
He was clawed in a fight in my yard and his eye swelled, I thought about his age and condition, but I had to try, Andrew and the team were wonderful, it took time, once the eye was removed we had a glitch, but we kept at it, Andrew was fantastic. As you can see from the photo, he might have one eye and three legs, but he is perfectly happy and soooo lovable.

I arrived there after giving CPR to 1 week old puppy for 30 min and was turned away, they refused to see it. Sunbury All Creatures clinic were amazing, he was on oxygen and seen immediately. This vet clinic showed no duty of care in turning us away in a rude and careless manner. I wouldn't recommend them.

I am so grateful for this vet clinic, my girl isn't very old but she's a bubble dog and I know for a fact if we went to any other vets I would be broke and most likely taken for a ride with trying to work out what's wrong with her. Andrew is always honest and does the best at making sure all my pets are looked after. The girls are also great :-)

I'm really disappointed with the service. It was my first and last visit. We adopted a kitten, and I took her to the first check and vaccination. The cat wasn't examined properly. This vet clinic showed no duty of care in turning us away in a rude and careless manner. I wouldn't recommend them.
