Receptionist standoffish and weird. Vets are only concerned with getting you to spend as much as possible. We were convinced to Vaccinate for FIV for a desexed indoor cat. Did not go out of the way to explain anything for the general wellbeing of the cat, just things that involved earning them more money. Our cat has a reaction to the needle and we were not advised that this could happen. Cat was very unhappy following his third vaccination. Very fake smiley kind of people. Cats up for adoption wonder free around waiting area...this might be a problem if your pet is nervous about going to the vet.Read Less

We have been bringing our fury friends to Dr Sos since I was young with my parents, and still visit him with my family when we need too! I love that Dr Sos and the nurses are always friendly, kind and reasonably priced. Also no problem is too big or small. Recently this was cemented further when our family lost one our fury friends in an accident. It's was a terrible few days the only thing that comforted me was knowing she had the best care from Dr Sos and all the nurses, especially Ella. I have been taking my babies to see Dr. Sos at Sunshine Veterinary Clinic for about 40 years. In the early days he was in King Edward Avenue, then moved to the bigger and better address in Anderson Road. I have never seen a more gentle and caring person towards my babies. The staff over the years have also been just as loving and caring as Dr. Sos. He has saved so many of my babies lives and my friends babies lives over the years. We've been coming to see Dr SOS at Sunshine Veterinary Clinic since the mid 1970's and value his knowledge highly. He is the most caring vet and in particular we can't thank him enough for his care of our darling Molly who is recovering after being hit by a car in early January. We moved to the area about 4 years ago and when our little mate began to feel unwell we took him to a local vet. Without mentioning names they appeared to be more about the money than the interest & care in animals. Then, we made the best decision we've ever made and went to see Dr. Sos & his wonderful team (Ella & Natalie) at the Sunshine Veterinary Clinic. I honestly believe that they loved our little man as much as we did. I speak in past tense as we recently lost our little mate to a heart condition, but we honestly believe that we got at least another two years with him thanks to the care given by Dr Sos. The care and concern shown towards our family since the passing of our beloved family member has been above & beyond what anyone could ever expect. This lovely team really, really care! I cannot thank Dr. Sos, Ella & Natalie, enough for all that they have done for us and I highly recommend them if you want your pet to be well looked after and cared for.
