Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bischoff, she is very knowledgeable but also has a passion and love for all of her patients which gives you as well as your fur baby such a sense of reassurance...
Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bischoff, she is very knowledgeable but also has a passion and love for all of her patients which gives you as well as your fur baby such a sense of reassurance. The same with Nurse Teagan. The premises is always sterile and tidy, such a key factor in any clinic. Highly recommend.

Poor service. Didn't contact me prior to putting down my animal, also didn't call me to inform me of this decision and was told what had happened at the front desk with heaps of confusion from staff.

After going to multiply 'Vet Clinic', from costly Melbourne vets to local country town vets. I gave up and went to my hometown vet clinic and finally found answers for my Furr Child - My English Bull ...
After going to multiply 'Vet Clinic', from costly Melbourne vets to local country town vets. I gave up and went to my hometown vet clinic and finally found answers for my Furr Child - My English Bull Terrier. Vet - Anna is JUST BRILLIANT she knows her stuff and even explains every little detail to the last bit, She explained what my pups problem was and what we can do to help. Hyperkeratosis was the issue and now we know how to manage it. No more costly tests with no answers; It was a simple physical examination and a glance through a few books and BINGO she hit the nail on the head. If only every VET was so articulate as Anna. Extreamly Happy customer and the 152km drive to the SwanHill Vets is worth every cent. Thank you.
