Very disappointing experience, after over ten years being a client, I was refused taking my cat home after my card said I had exceeded my limit. I’m a farmer & had paid several accounts earlier in the day. I’ve spent many thousands of dollars with this Clinic & would have come back the following day to pay the account. They took my cat out of my arms & returned her to a cage. I was informed the Clinic had been sold to a large Vet Conglomerate, so the days of small town care for customers is over. The young woman vet was very rude & treated me very disrespectfully. I suggest go elsewhere. Read Less

A very big THANKYOU to Dr Ian Gill & the team for sending a Condolence card in the mail to our Boys regarding the recent loss of their beloved NZ Giant Rabbits. The boys comments were "They really did care Mum didn't they, when they put our rabbits to sleep." It made their day. Gestures like that are unexpected but very welcomed.
