During routine consultations, I have had absolutely no complaints. The vets showed just the right amount of skill and knowledge I would have expected from a clinic of this size, But when I needed them the most and asked for over-the-phone assistance in dealing with an emergency, they were of no help at all. I can't help but wonder if this was their child and they were calling a doctor desperately seeking their advice, how they'd feel if this kind of response was given. "Yes, he seems to be uncomfortable from what you're saying and possibly having a reaction, but let's make an appointment to see him tonight. We have some openings at..." Bad vet. Read Less
