My elderly dog was checked in to the Village Vet for a dental clean, and to have an ultrasound and a benign tumour on her eyelid removed. The team were welcoming, polite and professional, and took the time to explain the details of each procedure my dog would have, what to expect, and what the day-surgery and after-care process and requirements would be.
I was able to bring my dog in at 7:30 am - a tremendous help for people who work '9 to 5'. Upon arrival, the Village Vet team greeted me and my dog by our names, already knew why we were there and what information they needed to give me. The whole client experience was seamless and all too easy, and conveyed competence, trustworthiness, reliability, and expertise.
The team treated my dog with great care and gentleness - she was anxious, as you'd expect, so leaving her in good, experienced hands was of paramount importance to me.
It's been said that you can judge the heart of a person by his or her treatment of animals. My own experience is that the Village Vet team treat animals with dignity, care, and kindness. Let that speak for itself. Read Less
