I cannot thank the wonderful staff at Wallan Vet Hospital enough for the empathy and care show to us yesterday when we sadly had to say goodbye to our beautiful dog Lily. This is not our usual vet but they took us in at a moments notice and treated our girl with the upmost care, respect and kindness in a very gentle environment. Thank you to the vet Jane and the vet nurse (sorry I can't recall her name) who treated both Lily and our family with the utmost care and compassion at a devastating time in our lives and made her passing a little easier to bare.

Professional services with an empathetic touch. Although the outcome for my case was far from a happy ending, I am confident that they had tried and exhausted every available treatment, in the most professional manner one may expect.
Till the end, my family manage to farewell our loved one in a comforting environment, making every effort possible to ensure we have a loving memory. Thank you every vet and staff members from this clinic.
P.S. We still love you, our cat, the mighty Dragon.

Best service ever! They spotted what the issue was before even doing a scan, then scanned to be safe and turned out to be 100% correct on what they thought the issue was.
They also saved me an extra ...
Best service ever! They spotted what the issue was before even doing a scan, then scanned to be safe and turned out to be 100% correct on what they thought the issue was.
They also saved me an extra $200 another vet wanted to charge to put a 9 week old pup to sleep for an X-ray.
They said it was unneeded and to much for such a young dog. Highly recommend this vet

The after hours service is amazingly good. We called last night at about 12.30am, concerned about our standard poodle Millie. I spoke to Tim about the situation and he was so professional and supportive it eased my concern. My husband and I decided we would continue to monitor Millie at home for a little while longer and then decide if we'd drive the hour and ten minutes for a review. Tim called us back in half an hour to see how we were going and then texted us about 15mins after that to let us know that he was there for us if we needed to bring Millie in. We kept her at home and she had improved in the morning: we are still off to see our vet now. To my pleasant surprise Tim rang in the morning to see how Millie went during the night. An excellent service by a caring and professional vet.

Thinking my fur baby had either had a stroke or bitten by a snake I was in quite a bit of a panic. My cat couldn't walk straight. I rang the vet and was told to bring her down immediately. On arrival I was met by Dr Paul. I explained the situation and Dr Paul proceeded to check her over. To my absolute horror I knew immediately then what was wrong. I started laughing ( I know that is wrong and began to swear under my breath - loud enough for Dr Paul to hear), the damn cat had part of her collar caught under her front leg. No wonder she couldn't walk straight.!!!! Thank you to you guys at the vet. Im so sorry and quite embarrassed by our predicament. Although I did keep laughing. But its a timely reminder to make sure we check their collars are not too tight or too loose (in our situation). You guys are great. Have a great night
