The team at GreenCross Werribee are so kind and caring. I’ve taken my dogs there for many years. Their prices are reasonable too. My dog had to be put down recently, as hard as the experience was, the team made it a little easier. They also sent a beautiful card to myself and family with lovely messages about my dog.
Thank you for the hard work you do.

They provided an appropriate level of care for my dogs, especially during one of my dogs rare illness which i am thankful for
BUT they did not provide appropriate care for rabbits, did not give me appropriate information for my rabbits or advise me to go elsewhere for the necessary level of care until one rabbit was gone and the other severely ill (which they did not even recognize).
I recommend this vet for cats and dogs but other animals i recommend to a specialized clinic such as the birds and exotic animal clinic for their higher need of specialized care.

They're great with Bengals. Sensitive to the needs of testy animals and they're actually caring. I really feel like my babies are in great hands.

TERRIBLE!! I have an 18 year old white cat, she has cancer of the ears and eyelids, decided pallitive was only option other than euthenasia, got steroid cream for eyes, told to use only when neccesary...
TERRIBLE!! I have an 18 year old white cat, she has cancer of the ears and eyelids, decided pallitive was only option other than euthenasia, got steroid cream for eyes, told to use only when neccesary, and had a repeat on the script. went 7 months later to get refill, only to be told it was 6 month limit on repeat.. thanks for NOT informing me of this!! so I need to see the vet again, pay $100?? dollars to get another supply of this cream?? NOT from you I wont be... NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS PLACE,

This vet is a rip off i will tell my friends not to take their pets there $42 for i small bottle of ear drops this is a joke i have to speak up about this it,s just wrong..

I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful Dr Wendy and the Vet Nurses at Greencross Vets Werribee. Everyone at clinic are very caring, helpful and professional.The care they have given to my beautiful dog Piper over the years has been second to none. Piper is now ten years old and has been going to Greencross Werribee since she was a puppy, so thanks again for you wonderful care over the years and keep up the good work.

If I could give a zero this clinic certainly deserve just that. My experience today with my cockatoo was terrible. I felt like a fool for even trusting the staff here to do something simple. Never again I will not return and will avoid at all cost. I recommend Greencross Vet Springvale for your bird/s. These inexperienced staff will only leave you and your pet feeling upset.

If I could give a zero this clinic certainly deserve just that. My experience today with my cockatoo was terrible. I felt like a fool for even trusting the staff here to do something simple. Never again I will not return and will avoid at all cost. I recommend Greencross Vet Springvale for your bird/s. These inexperienced staff will only leave you and your pet feeling upset.

The team at GreenCross Werribee are so kind and caring. I’ve taken my dogs there for many years. Their prices are reasonable too. My dog had to be put down recently, as hard as the experience was, the team made it a little easier. They also sent a beautiful card to myself and family with lovely messages about my dog.

They provided an appropriate level of care for my dogs, especially during one of my dogs rare illness which i am thankful for
BUT they did not provide appropriate care for rabbits, did not give me appropriate information for my rabbits or advise me to go elsewhere for the necessary level of care until one rabbit was gone and the other severely ill (which they did not even recognize).
I recommend this vet for cats and dogs but other animals i recommend to a specialized clinic such as the birds and exotic animal clinic for their higher need of specialized care.
