Service and staff are good but....... Been going for 12 years for Vaccinations, luckily in that time our dog has only had to go to the vets twice in that time. First time she had an operation and we thought it and the medication was on the "high side." Showed some other vets that are very reputable and been in operation for decades and all three said we had paid over $200 more than typical. Got some medication today which was only 21 antibiotic pills and 8 steroid pills which cost over $90 ! (Medication only, not consult) Looked up the medication and it sells for not even $30 elsewhere for the same brand! They have a ridiculous mark up on medication. We are now going elsewhere, where we'll receive the same quality of service and not pay a premium price that you'd expect in Toorak Melbourne! Read Less

Good staff & experience, but very exspensive... was charged 3 times the amount for exact same treatment my dog was given at another local vet. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Do not take your animal here if you ever need a vet to come to your house and you live out of their accepted 'range'. My dog had an operation and after her getting paralized in her back legs on top of it, I asked for someone to come and pick her up for treatment since she was a very heavy dog and I was not able to get her into the car on my own and had no one to help me. They told me that they wouldn't come out all this way (50 min), even though I offered to pay for their time and I had to watch my beautiful dog slowly die for over a week. The other vets who were prepared to come out told me that I needed to take her to the vet who treated her in the first place, so I was on a hopeless merry go round trying to stop my dog from suffering.
