Rang the clinic about some baby magpies or peewees that feel out of the tree in front of my house during big storm. As mum not found rang the clinic to see if they could help, told to drop them straight around for the vet to check and then they would follow up if carer needed, etc. My request was no trouble and the clinic staff very welcoming and caring on our arrival. I recently had to have an old friend put down, needless to say I was devastated. A few days later I received the most heart warming sympathy card from Mara King and staff. Could not ask for a better vet centre, they are always so caring and helpful and put your mind at ease. All the nurses and vets go the extra mile and understand that each animal is unique. They take the stress out of what can sometimes be a stressful situation (for one of our dogs at least) and genuinely care for their patients. Read Less

Fantastic advice and friendly Vets! Very comforting and explained exactly to us the procedures that would be undertaken and explained the costs involved. Gave us options for treatment but made sure we understood it wasn't an overnight cure. Much better than Melrose vets who only wanted to tear the symptoms of our dog's problems not the issues themselves. Read Less
