Only decent thing about this place is they had great staff there once, about 20 years ago. My dog a few years ago when she was about 6 years old had a broken back. It had bent in and was putting press...
Only decent thing about this place is they had great staff there once, about 20 years ago. My dog a few years ago when she was about 6 years old had a broken back. It had bent in and was putting pressure on her spinal cord. Dumb arses kept saying it must be arthritis. I even insisted on getting xrays but was told that it wasn't necessary as "it must be arthritis". Fortunately a decent vet elsewhere was efficient enough and diagnosed her correctly and after having major surgery she can still walk. If it was diagnosed correctly in the first place surgery may have been avoided and she possibly could have been treated with physio and bowen, instead of putting her through substantial pain and suffering. It also may have only cost me a couple of thousand instead of $15000+ (for the ongoing therapy she has to have).

shockingly totally disgusted been going there for 8yrs last yr i had a pup die and they were great even allowed me to pay when i could which i did 1 wk later yesterday took new pup in as she was throwing up alot on the phone they said bring her in and i asked to pay when we get paid next day they said ok but after the consultation they refused to give me the medication cause i couldnt pay but they knew and then to tell me to go ask friends neighbours if they could give me money how pathetic you have lost my business ill never take my dogs back there or pay the bill now

Only decent thing about this place is they had great staff there once, about 20 years ago. My dog a few years ago when she was about 6 years old had a broken back. It had bent in and was putting pressure on her spinal cord. Dumb arses kept saying it must be arthritis.
