Local of the Wonthaggi area for nearly 30 years. I’ve been told many anecdotes of bad experiences.
The vets and vet nurses I cannot fault at the Wonthaggi clinic.
However, management has little care for animal welfare and animal rights. Overpriced for sure as many people have commented. Customer satisfaction from management level is not a priority whatsoever. My pet was given the wrong treatment and they refused accountability even after admitting to unintentionally causing the life threatening condition. Resulting in thousands of dollars from my pocket to prevent my pets death.

We have visited numerous times with our pets, and always deal with friendly, knowledgeable and caring vets. The receptionists are lovely too. I haven't ever had a negative experience.

Had an unfortunate single experience with one of the vet nurses. Younger girl with long dark hair. Spoke incredibly rudely and knew nothing of my dogs condition. Will never return. Would not recommend...

Would not recommend to anyone. Apparently amongst wonthaggi locals people will not use them and actually choose to drive closer to melbourne rather than go here

Terrible experience, my dog was In labour for 12 hrs only passing 2 pups in that time ended in a c section an lost 5 pups because the vet said she would be fine my dog went septic I rang every hour an still they wouldn't see her until 6 pm that night then stung me a huge amount in bills, rang around to other vets in the district an they have all told me that would of charged half the price an kept my dogs lead an wouldn't give it back.
To any one looking for a good vet goto inverloch vet in a'becett St amazing services and very loving to you animal and pocket
