Had been using company for a few years, we took our cat there and told that she had cancer in the jaw, then contacted by senior vet and told that it is likely not to be Cancer and possible tooth impac...
Had been using company for a few years, we took our cat there and told that she had cancer in the jaw, then contacted by senior vet and told that it is likely not to be Cancer and possible tooth impacted. So we spent extra money and time to remove the tooth and get more samples of the jaw, only to be told it was cancer and that antibiotics would help settle down the cat and to make comfortable, only to find that the poor cat had gone through all the additional work and pain for no relieve.
3 days past and the cat was back at the vets, we had to make a choice if things didn’t approve we would need to put the cat to sleep, upon asking if they could contact us if this was going to be done, as our 5 year old daughter wanted to say goodbye to the cat, the cat was put down with no call to us, when asked we were told they were too busy. Picking up the phone and a call is so easy. Also we were not called regards to it for 3 weeks. No staff contact for 3 weeks to explain issue.

I attended a very good Puppy Preschool class run by Georgie. It went over 4 weeks and it was informative and well run. I would recommend this to all puppy owners. The vets and staff at Greencross Woodend give outstanding care to my animals.
