Very helpful and caring.
Helped calm my little Chihuahua who is frightened in unfamiliar places.
Was happy to answer my questions about some different approaches from my (human) medical perspective.
I didn't feel at all like I was being rushed and I also liked that she didn't try to sell me any ridiculous, over priced products that can't provide empiricle evidence of efficacy.
Basically she did a wonderful job at being a kind and caring vet.
Also the lady at the front desk (Steph I believe). Was also lovely and was happy to sit and have a chat. I'm very happy that upon moving to the area, I have found a wonderful vet for my two little Chihuahuas.

Rhonda and staff have looked after my pets ranging from my dog who lived till she was 19 a crazy corulla i found with a broken wing my chooks and duck and my lovable but not so smart staffys for over 20 years. She is very compassionate, professional but speaks her mind regarding your pets needs and chances. Even though I have moved from yarraville I continue to seek her services for my beloved pets. (She charges half the price of my now local chain vet/pet super store) could not hope for a better vet to help care for our fury and feathery family members.

I've yet to come across another vet as passionate, helpful and empathic as Dr Rhonda. The other staff at the clinic are also very friendly and helpful and the grooming service is fantastic!

Rhonda and staff have looked after my pets ranging from my dog who lived till she was 19 a crazy corulla i found with a broken wing my chooks and duck and my lovable but not so smart staffys for over 20 years. She is very compassionate, professional but speaks her mind regarding your pets needs and chances. Even though I have moved from yarraville I continue to seek her services for my beloved pets. (She charges half the price of my now local chain vet/pet super store) could not hope for a better vet to help care for our fury and feathery family members.
