Our gorgeous Jack Russell, Wellington was bitten by a snake on Good Friday. We rang this clinic and we were given clear concise, no nonsense information. They met us at the clinic and immediately administered the life saving anti venom. We were treated with compassion, and the vet kept us well informed. We had a happy ending, and could not praise this vet and this practice enough.

I took my cat to this vet and he was misdiagnosed and wrongly medicated after an extremely poor physical examination. Hundreds of dollars and 4 visits later, I finally took him to another vet for a second opinion where i was given his true diagnosis. Uncaring, incompetent and a waste of money.
