These Vet's are amazing! They take the time diagnose and not just guess! What an excellent team especially the caring reception staff. I am so grateful to them that they took the time to listen and fully understand my issues. I will get the conflict of interest out of the way to start Dr Rob and I lived together when going through our vet degrees. That being said when Rob decided to buy a practice I asked him to look at Australind where I lived. The change he has made to pet welfare and care standards at his practice are a model. Me and my family have been bringing our Golden Retriever Jack to you since he was a puppy and you guys have been there to support him (and us) every step of the way. From simple injuries he had as a pup, to the time he munched on some mouse bait, to getting diagnosed with lymphoma and especially guiding us through his treatment and an amazing 3 years of remission, your team handled every visit with compassion, kindness and professionalism. I used to love these guys, but lately the prices are crazy and they seam to be more about the gimmicks and the press and less about the animals and service. Could do with less coffee's, ponies and cat competitions and more focus on caring for pets at reasonable prices. Read Less

We have had excellent service and medical attention from Australind Vets.I cannot recommend them enough. Princess has been in and out for range of lumps, bumps and accidents and we have always felt as though she has received the best care. The paperwork and invoicing is always done so efficiently which makes a huge difference when claiming pet insurance. I know we will be reimbursed right away because the insurance company always have what they need. It is always a relaxed and compassionate atmosphere, which is exactly what you need when your pet isn't well.
