Sent our frenchie here for sterilization back November 2019 as recommended by people and it ended up as our biggest regret. Our frenchie was a bit aggressive (staff was notified) as she got traumatized during one of her check-ups back when she was a pup. The nurse, Teegan, pulled her by force into the cage when we arrived making our dog grasp for air (obviously another traumatizing experience for her). The vet, Jeremy, didn't even smiled nor talk to her when we got there. I was tcalled to take our frenchie home just few hours after surgery and she bled from the incision during the night at home (she didn't even move a lot because she was so weak from the surgery) and we couldn't get in touch with the vet, was only able to talk to another nurse via their FB account. We ended up going to an emergency vet hospital which cost us more than a thousand. We were told we have to wait at around 7am the next day for Jeremy to check her, went home and found out the syringe was still on on our frenchie!
Was almost a year but I think it needs to be on their page so people will be aware. Belridge Vet is nothing compared to Mirraboola Vet Hospital: Reception and nurses are so nice/understanding despite the aggressiveness of animals, the doctors make effort to win the pet's trust making it way easier for them to be checked, doctor checked our frenchie's heart rate prior administering the medicine, courtesy call was done to check how our pet is doing after surgery, and we didn't feel we are being treated shit.

Our Lily Dog has been here since she was a puppy. With every accident or illness she has been given the very best care and lots of kisses. Highly recommend Jeremy and his growing Vet team.

Just went to Belridge vet for the first time and what a positive experience it was . Bindi was happy and relaxed ( as much as a pug can be) . Jeremy and the staff were wonderful with Bindi and the anxious humans , a lovely caring practice . I just wish we had gone to this practice earlier .

Our frenchie was a bit aggressive (staff was notified) as she got traumatized during one of her check-ups back when she was a pup.
