Hi Everyone at Belmont Avenue Veterinary Hospital, who looked after our lovely cat Rose for almost 20 years and recently passed away, the Staff at Belmont Veterinary Hospital were so helpful compassionate and they gave us a couple of options, we decided to go with Passing Paws Pet Cremations, who were also very understanding and Compassionate with the Whole process and returned a lovely memory of Our Rose which will remain with us for a long time to come.

Over the last 6 weeks, I've found the assistance I've received from Belmont Veterinary Hospital invaluable.
I adopted a 14-month-old puppy (Loki) from a refuge, and discovered he has an insatiable appetite for......."everything". You name it, he's tried (sometimes successfully) to eat it and as you can imagine, I'm ringing/visiting the vet continually.
Do the clinic staff complain? Not at all. In fact, they're always willing to listen & give advice. They have so much patience, not only with Loki but also with his 'now' stressed human..... I'm surprised they don't hide when we appear.
I am so impressed with their commitment, cheerfulness, and knowledge, I would recommend them to anyone who has a little, or not-so-little creature needing help.
Finally, can I say "Thank You to All the staff at the clinic, you're very much appreciated".

Our pup has always loved Belmont Avenue, she has been going since she was 8 weeks old! The puppy training was a blessing in disguise, the staff are amazing and reasonable with their pricing!

We have been here on 3 different occasions, meeting a different vet each time. Each vet has been very friendly and helpful as well as staff at the front desk. Also opened 7 days a week which is fantastic and have fitted us in for a last minute appointment as we were very worried about our dog. Wonderful service!

Such a blessing to find your vet clinic.
Our dog passed suddenly in the car on the way to the airport and you were the closest vet.
The lady at reception was so caring, she took our dog from the car...
Such a blessing to find your vet clinic.
Our dog passed suddenly in the car on the way to the airport and you were the closest vet.
The lady at reception was so caring, she took our dog from the car, had the vet see to him, neatly presented him in a consulting room for us to return and view him, then proceeded to organise cremation services.
She even cleaned the backseat of the car without being asked or prompted.
And she wouldn't even accept payment for her time.
This was all deeply appreciated at such a traumatic and sensitive time.
Thank you for providing an authentically genuine service to us and for the wider community.

Our puppy was stung by a bee and went into anaphylaxis. The staff were very quick to identify the problem and react. Very happy with the treatment and pricing.Thank you for saving our puppy.

I've sent my cat to Belmont Vet multiple times for boarding and he's been well taken care of. The vet nurse and Dr Pendergast are always very professional and accommodating. I had to bring in my cat urgently this morning due to his UTI but was told that the earliest appointment with the Dr was at 10.30am, however they managed to slot me in at 8.30am just before the Dr started his consultations. I am so thankful and appreciative of them for this gesture as it turns out my cat's urinary tract was blocked and required emergency treatment. Thank you team Belmont Vet!

Will not go back! After 'having' to hospitilise, was given incorrect pet on retrieval! One animal, one file, three conflicting treatments from the same clinic. Was ill-advised because of lack of knowledge, incompetence and being unwilling and unable to deal with problems resulting in unnecessary stress, pain and trauma for our pet. May seem competent, but got more help from vets they sent us to and we called,with less experience than the 25yrs each they all claim to have at belmont ave. This is a money clinic, not a mercy clinic, and they were always telling us cost instead of offering our pet care. May be good for basics such as worming and some general checks, but on the whole - very disappointing.

Had a great experience, I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The vet was very thorough and took great care of my cat when he was sick and needed to stay in hospital for a few days.

Latest experience with them is bad. They badly nicked my cat while grooming her and would not take responsibility or have any sense of accountability. Did not show any concern about it being possibility infected and did not offer complimentary service afterwards. Shows lack of care or for the animals they treat. Will not go there again despite being a regular customer for years. Not the first time they messed up, as once they cut off my cat's whiskers while grooming, as whiskers are so essential to a cat's senses!

I adopted a 14-month-old puppy (Loki) from a refuge, and discovered he has an insatiable appetite for......."everything". You name it, he's tried (sometimes successfully) to eat it and as you can imagine, I'm ringing/visiting the vet continually.

We have been here on 3 different occasions, meeting a different vet each time. Each vet has been very friendly and helpful as well as staff at the front desk.
