Bicton Veterinary Clinic staff provide a genuine, caring and professional veterinary service for your pets. Our staff are experienced in all aspects of veterinary surgery and medicine and can provide your pet with the best of veterinary care and attention.
We are committed to providing top quality care and service. Our clinic provides a wide range of services from consultations, vaccinations, dentistry, medicine, all surgery, X-rays, cat boarding, house calls and even after hours attention. We do all procedures at the clinic.
Our clinic runs on an appointment system so please call to arrange a time to see us.

Thank you Shelley for doing such a great job on our girl Sophie with her C-Section, all pups are healthy and mum has had a speedy recover. Great Job!

What a despicable experience. The vet nurse there Verona should not be working in customer service. Have taken my pets there a handful of times now and after today will NOT be returning. Came in to ge...
What a despicable experience. The vet nurse there Verona should not be working in customer service. Have taken my pets there a handful of times now and after today will NOT be returning. Came in to get some cat food for my cats - asked her which one would be best to which she preceeded to ignore me completely. I then asked her the pricing and which one would be the cheapest/best one to buy, again. this time she only replied "$40" not telling me which one to buy. I then asked her a third time which one would be best for my cats, she groaned like I had just asked her to donate her left kidney to me and then took her time to come over, grabbed a bag of hills T/D (without knowing whether my cats had any dental issues) and gave it to me without explaining anything. I had asked for a sample pack (which ALL vets usually give as my daughter is a vet nurse and has informed me) and she rudely dismissed me just saying "no" and rolled her eyes. I have taken my dog here in the past where she has also been awful and dismissive. If you hate animals/people so much why be a vet nurse. It is disgraceful and I am surprised that this place is still in business while this woman is still working as the FACE of the company. Having said this, I had heard things from friends/other vets about the nasty vet nurse at Bicton so I should have avoided and I will from now on, and will let all of my friends know.

These vets are absolutley lovely to deal with. They have a great deal of experience and have been very kind and caring with my 18 year old cat and neurotic poodle. I would recommend without hesitation...
