What a despicable experience. The vet nurse there Verona should not be working in customer service. Have taken my pets there a handful of times now and after today will NOT be returning. Came in to get some cat food for my cats - asked her which one would be best to which she preceeded to ignore me completely. I then asked her the pricing and which one would be the cheapest/best one to buy, again. this time she only replied "$40" not telling me which one to buy. I then asked her a third time which one would be best for my cats, she groaned like I had just asked her to donate her left kidney to me and then took her time to come over, grabbed a bag of hills T/D (without knowing whether my cats had any dental issues) and gave it to me without explaining anything. I had asked for a sample pack (which ALL vets usually give as my daughter is a vet nurse and has informed me) and she rudely dismissed me just saying "no" and rolled her eyes. I have taken my dog here in the past where she has also been awful and dismissive. If you hate animals/people so much why be a vet nurse. It is disgraceful and I am surprised that this place is still in business while this woman is still working as the FACE of the company. Having said this, I had heard things from friends/other vets about the nasty vet nurse at Bicton so I should have avoided and I will from now on, and will let all of my friends know. Read Less
