My experience was a night mare had no money told them up front first. and yes we have top cover pet insurance and feels like they stolen my pet and the worse thing is that vet said unemployed ppl don'...
My experience was a night mare had no money told them up front first. and yes we have top cover pet insurance and feels like they stolen my pet and the worse thing is that vet said unemployed ppl don't deserve to be pet owners and disabillity pensioners. We never gave up on my pet and they never asked us to come back in the next day wanted to see him and that really hurt badly. We are responsible pet owners was unexpected emergency and as we told from that vet we had no money. She still going a head of treatment and put him over night for an operation... Why bother have full cover of pet insurance and keep paying that insurance since he was a puppy. Do the right thing and never see your pet again and grieving still and there are heaps of ppl are on any kind of welfare.. And they all have pets... This hurts when we wanted our pet back.. I will never want to ppl to go through what I've been through being judged as what we are... We loved our pet so much and never left him alone always going places with us up north and to south Australia. Stollen from us from a accident that should not happened in the first place he still be there for us!.My daughter won't stop searching and calling him! That what hurts they stollen her best friend... I never find a new best pet as what we had ever he was the best friend we ever had and owned he was great with kids all ages he been to puppy pre school vacations. He was a great dad of his six puppies.. I will never go to GEO vets again and put us down being on a pension and uneployment they don't understand why we on this why should they.. I thought they let me pay off the vet bill. Feels like he was stolen from us!! And this is a true story... We will swear on the holy bible.. Why have full top cover of pet insurance in the first place as he was covered for over night and kennel fees I rang my insurance a read the fine print and rang them up aswell he was covered for all emergency's and etc and medication's and etc... I will never should took him there... bad service and not friendly vets or ppl there and not supportive....and never helped us at all.. They put us down and still feels like they stollen my pet my son... We feel as a family loss our best pal.. They owe me an other Maltese shih tzu pup white one as they stollen ours... Because of our situation as they knew we had no savings.... Now we starting up a new account and saving up for vet bills and we want an other Maltese shih tzu white one as they stollen ours and I will show this to everyone this is serious... This is no lie... We never gave him up they took him over for that payment we wanted to pay off that vet bill and that hurts stollen from our daughter... We even rang Geo Vets to get him back no reply from that vet because the truth is there stollen our baby Maltese Shih tzu... I wanted our dog back really badly and they gave him away after all that.. They owe my daughter a new Maltese shih tzu puppy white one... For payment for our pain and suffering and still depressed and can't get over this bad experience from a emergency vet clinic called GEO vets ...and stollen our best buddy... Maltese shih tzu . As that vet was working alone that night that vet trying to sweep it under the carpet. What really happened.. I'am going to tell everyone about this.. Vets work alone not a great idea...
