Pleased with them waiting a few minutes after ours and their careful examination of our baby girl Molly whom we brought in with a sudden life-threatening emergency, sadly though, this was short lived.
Took her back home but she deteriorated so took her back next morning when she was admitted for overnight (hopefully) treatment and care.
We were informed that we would receive a phone call in the afternoon regarding her condition but no call came.
Since we live about an hour out of town, we decided to drop in and find out how she was traveling. Not too well sadly but we were then told the by the vet himself that he would call us at closing time and again next morning to let us know what was happening.
We then went on home (almost an hour's drive from Albany) and waited anxiously for the call at 6pm. It did not come. Of course when we rang THEM they were closed and had gone home.
I am just hoping they ring in the morning to let us know if Molly is still alive and we may take her home or if she has to say over the weekend. :'(
It has already cost us over 700.00!
Now we wait with a very anxious heart Read Less

We were very grateful to have found this clinic. They have cosy kennels outside and they looked after our little dogs while we spent the day in the national park. Friendly helpful staff.

We left our little dogs here while we went to a national park. Two of them had baths and one had a clip. Nice friendly staff and very reasonable rates.
