Absolutely appalling, they gave a quote of 650-700 upon admission at collection of my dog they were $171 above their quote then stated that it was an estimate and not a quote. I then said I could pay the agreed amount and was told they would not release my dog until full payment was made. At no stage prior to me putting my dog into this vet did they state any of these conditions.
The staff were as professional as could be at my discuss and referred me to their manager.
Pretty much blackmail and deception in my experience.
At no stage were we given any terms or conditions or paperwork to sign upon his entry to this Vet. Just verbal a quote that they then turned into an estimate that until full payment was made they would not give my dog back.
I hope this feedbacks gives you fair warning.
I put this done to the Manager as that is who gave the quote (estimate) and not the staff or Vet as they where great and very professional in helping my dog. Read Less
