This practice is by far the best I've ever been to, I had to have my dog put to sleep and through this very emotional time the vet and nurses were unbelievably kind and understanding. Then a few days later I received a card in the post sending their condolences, the most thoughtful part, in the card was a footprint taken from my dog, this brought tears to my eyes and I will be forever grateful for that amazingly kind and thoughtful gesture. Dr Libby is the best vet we have ever had to deal with!!! After our cat was hit by a car, our regular vet made it pretty clear that unless we forked out for a full hip replacement ($4k+++) that her life would not be worth living( this was after the $750 already spent). Dr Libby, checked her over, looked at the X-rays and told us straight and clear- although she would not be her pre-accident self, leave her and she will mend herself. 9 months on, our beloved cat is not her pre-accident self but not knowing, you couldn't tell!! Dr Libby was 100% right on the money, and obviously wasn't just taking advantage of a situation to bleed us dry of ours!!! She is our vet of choice and always will be!! Saw a very non-empathetic vet. Because I wasn't going to pay for scans on my dogs heart, she wasn't interested. She didn't even listen to his heart not like the subsequent vet did (at another clinic). She diagnosed the problem straight away & prescribed medication. Thanks to me getting a second opinion he will hopefully be with us for a few more years. Thanks for nothing! Read Less

The staff have looked after our dogs for many years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The reception provides a freindly and efficient service, which is then backed up by vets who know what they are doing and go about their work efficiently and effectively with great interpersonal skills. 5 stars well earned.
