Fantastic very delicate operation performed on my 7 week old puppy after an eye accident by Dr Peter Taylor. He managed to save the eyeball (after it actually popped out) and my dog has lived a happy and full life. He was so careful when he put her to sleep for the op, as a <1kg puppy is so risky. Amazing people who truely love and care for their patients. My animals are a vital part of my life and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Dr Lucy is so kind and caring and came out after hours when our beautiful bella was at her end. She sat and cried with Sylvia and I when our Bella passed. They also arranged for Bella's cremation and return of her ashes. Dr Lucy and Sylvia are also caring for my very old cat, and won't give up on looking for treatment and support for Midnight. We started going to Midwest over 10 years ago when some mongrel broke our kittens jaw, we are still clients and have reviewed amazing, caring ,professional service. From a thoughtful card after the passing of our beloved Labrador Honey , to the amazing patience when we brought in 12 puppies from Pandoras litter, to great counter service when we pop in for anything from worming to flea treatment to supplements. Reminder emails and texts for flea treatment and vaccines show how dedicated they are. Midwest is our preferred veterinary service in Geraldton for all our pets care.Read Less

Casey Roxanne and Lucy (others that I may have forgotten thank you) Took him straight in once there doors opened with out hesitation and I had him home just after lunch with a couple of follow up calls from Lucy through out the day giving me options for him she was so helpful. I was expecting the bill to be a minimum of $1000 but came to $200 I was so shocked I had to ask her to repeat herself, Midwest definitely take care of there clients. The BEST customer service I have ever received! Midwest Vets go way above and beyond for you as a customer and for your pets! The standard of care here was incredible from the check in at reception right up until we walked out the door!
