I needed a vet urgently as my Alpaca had a massive open wound, they were the only vet that would come out that day. They forget to bring an anaesthetic, but luckily my Alpaca was very good, the vet did not know what was wrong but said they had seen two similiar cases and both had to be euthanised. Maybe that is why they never followed up on his care and never returned my calls. I am giving 2 stars, the follow up care was non-existent. Luckily, I managed to find another vet who was willing to do the follow up care and his prognosis is goood. Read Less

I have been attending Mundaring Veterinary Hospital for the last 7 years, since I moved into my home in the Hills. I have been an animal lover all my life and have a whole lot of pets both tame and wild. I cannot speak anymore highly of a very caring and highly efficient group of people who provide a very professional and caring service.. From Leanne the administrator to all the Vets I have nothing but praise. It would be remiss of me not to mention Dr Duncan in particular. He is so very caring and understanding. He really cares about your pet and offered me a personalised service due to my back injury. He home visits and gives my 4 dogs their vaccinations and deworming annually. When one of my dogs had to be treated for cancer, I was distraught, Dr Duncan gave me so much support, reassurance and confidence to face the situation. My dog is fine. My dogs are very spoiled and do not take kindly to being handled by strangers as two of them are rescue dogs. Due to Dr Duncan's caring way with my dogs they are very comfortable being handled and treated by him. The other Vets are also very professional and caring. If you love your pets as I do, I highly recommend you take them to the Mundaring Veterinary Hospital on Bailey Road. You will not regret your decision Read Less

Highly recommend Mundaring Veternary Hospital to everyone. The staff are lovely towards both owners and pets. They generally do care, (not like certain vets, like the one in Mundaring light industrual area, who are there pretending to care about your animals but really just want to take your money and put the animals through unnecessary pain) and are very reasonably priced. We've been there on a number of occasions now and we will continue to go there. 🙍‍♀️👌✔ Read Less
