Recently we have taken our gorgeous puppy here and she has received excellent treatment and care by all who treated her and looked after her. Lovely staff. Unfortunately our first visit was avery sad, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our beautiful Bella to be given to God after a long illness. We knew that we could not live without dogs so we welcomed Eddie & Jessie into our hearts. Joondalup Central have been great with our new babies.

I'd been taking my babies here for some time and in general the veterinarians were kind and understanding.
However, I took my twenty year old cat in and was told she might have diabetes and to wait a...
I'd been taking my babies here for some time and in general the veterinarians were kind and understanding.
However, I took my twenty year old cat in and was told she might have diabetes and to wait a week until more diabetic food was available, well she never got to try that food because over the next few days she declined so fast we had no option at all but to let her go with dignity, her organs were shutting down and I feel a vet should have been aware of how serious her condition was which they weren't.
I'd also taken my dog there several times with no real answers on his excessive itching to the point he was pulling the fur off his feet.
Today I went to a different vet who prescribed him shampoo and medication to help, we also discovered his liver was swollen which isn't life threatening and mild but again I felt that a vet should have known that and again, they didn't so I doubt I will ever be bringing any of my babies back, not worth the risk for me.

We've been going to this vet for 8 years, with two cats and a dog. Never had an issue and always get friendly service at the front counter. Lisa even helped me greatly last visit, by carrying one of my cats to the car. Very appreciated.
As a vet, Maryanne is very friendly, thorough, and very good at not stressing our pets. Great sense of humour too. Would recommend her highly.

I have been using the Joondalup Central Veterinary Clinic for the past 5 years for our family dog and they have always kept her in tip top condition. Maryanne is a fantastic vet. I feel so relieved now I know what my boy needs to get back to 100% health. She took the time to have a conversation with me about all my concerns and to check my cat over thoroughly. All vets are expensive but unlike most others I've been to I felt I really got my money's worth. Thanks guys :)

Their price was $237 more expensive then a quote I received from a vet in the Midvale area.

I haven't used Joondalup Central before but just wanted to remind everyone that it pays to shop around when your pet needs an expensive procedure done.

The staff were lovely and the vet we had was so good with my cat. Cleopatra is a Bengal and if you know Bengals, they are generally very skittish and stubborn cats. But she was handled with much love and by a very calm vet, which eased Cleo's nerves. Thanks for being great.

We've been going to this vet for 8 years, with two cats and a dog. Never had an issue and always get friendly service at the front counter. Lisa even helped me greatly last visit, by carrying one of my cats to the car. Very appreciated.

The staff were lovely and the vet we had was so good with my cat. Cleopatra is a Bengal and if you know Bengals, they are generally very skittish and stubborn cats. But she was handled with much love and by a very calm vet, which eased Cleo's nerves. Thanks for being great.

An amazing practice where the whole team treat your pet like a family member not a number! - Love the whole team down there, and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a vet that genuinely cares (and spoils) your pet. I wouldnt think of taking my girls anywhere else!
