I was greeted by a very lovely girl who was super quick to come out from behind the desk to make my dog feel safe and loved with a treat and pats. The vet was also really lovely and comfortable with him straight away. My first visit to a new vet with my dog who can be very confronting at 40kg's of muscle. If the staff are comfortable, it goes a long way to making my big boy feel comfortable as he's a bit of a baby when it comes to the doctors. Thank you very much. Read Less

All the staff at Vogue Vets are exceptional. They give so much love, attention and care to our beautiful fur babies. Whenever we drop in to pick up something without our furry ones they are always asking after them. They always take a lot of time to explain things to us and offer lots of different options. Our beautiful princess Nhimu gets very scared if she has to stay there without us but they always spend extra time with her. One staff member even when in and ate her lunch with her to make sure she was ok. They have been wonderful even through some very tough times. Read Less

This is the best veterinarian clinic I have come across! The staff are so friendly & caring, we are always greeted with a smile at the front door! Should be an award for the most outstanding veterinary clinic! I haven't had to use for quite some time as I now (thankfully) have 2 very healthy young dogs - but when I had my very old, poorly girl, all staff were exceptional, and still are. Dr Fran is one of the best vet we ever met! She is very friendly and caring. Momo have to be hospitalize and Dr Fran even brought us into the emergency hosiptal after work. Very kind of her to help us even though she have finished work late tat day. Not to forget Ashie. She is always very bubbly and patient with us on the phone! A small practice with long serving staff and a great personal and professional service. This team provides a number of options and doesn't rely on your love for your pet to charge ridiculous prices for unnecessary services. I've been coming here since 2005, with my previous two dogs and now with Mr Whippy. He's calm, shows no reluctance to enter, he's happy and charming with all the staff.
