Fantastic vet clinic! All of the vets here really show an interest in your animal and any concerns you have. They take great care of your pet and I find they explain everything very clearly.
One of my dogs has cancer and Teresa (vet) has been absolutely brilliant in following up test results and keeping up to date on all of the treatment received at the specialists. It has made it so much easier having our local vet so involved in the treatment plan.
They're also open 7 days which is very convenient. I highly recommend this vet practice!

Great service, friendly tmstuff and most important very knowledgeable vets! We take our three furry babies there since 2014 after trying different ones in the area, they are the best hands down!!!

$55 dollars for ear drops is extortion when you can by them on line for $12. I would expect to pay more at the Vet but this is type of markup is unacceptable.

In all the years I have been going To Melville, I can only give them the highest praise. They have cared for our 3 dogs and 5 cats - through routine procedures and care as well as terminal conditions ...
In all the years I have been going To Melville, I can only give them the highest praise. They have cared for our 3 dogs and 5 cats - through routine procedures and care as well as terminal conditions for one cat and one dog. The loving care to both the pets and clients by all the vets and the vet nurses is second to done. I thank especially Dr Tony Pusey who recently helped us through a really tough terminal disease with my Siamese cat Jasper. Tony's amazing early suspected diagnosis of a disease for which there is no clear diagnostic test was first rate. He was so caring and explained everything so clearly being totally honest with me that the prognosis was terminal. Tony's follow up care has also been marvellous - and I cannot commend him and the hospital more highly. Thank you Melville

I took my boy (my dog) there after he had been hit by a car on canning highway. the receptionist (not sure if she was a vet nurse or?) was amazing, helped me out straight away. The vet that was on was thorough and informative! luckily enough my dog was ok but not enough thanks can go to the staff that helped me!

Today I lost my best friend of 15 years, Benson the Golden Retriever (aka the greatest dog in the world). It was the hardest day of my life because he really was part of my immediate family. Theresa, Joy and the whole Melville team were amazing - in fact I would go as far to say that I have never been treated with such kindness and respect in my life. They truly went above and beyond to help me and my family through this incredibly tough experience and made sure that Ben left us in the most peaceful of ways. I could not recommend them more highly and can never thank them enough for the support they gave me today.

Lovely professional kind people. I've been going for years with various pets. I've got ferrets now so was going to the recommended ferret vet....but now I've found Dr Sarah who does the research so she can treat my fur babies at Kitchener Road. It's a great feel and everyone is so kind and helpful.

So glad they are my dogs Vets! Not only open 7 days but are so friendly, caring and helpful ........ A big thank you to 'Dr. Tony' who saw Charlie last night and instantly recognized he had a " sting in his mouth! And so relieved he retrieved the sting and this morning is almost back to playful puppy! And please, if you love your pet watch out for those dormant in this cold weather! And 'Thank You' to the caring Staff too.

Melville Animal Hospital are amazing! Their vets are always educational, friendly, accommodating and reliable, I've never been happier with a veterinary clinic. The receptionists are lovely too, always remember my two cats names and are happy to have a chat and see how you and your pets are. I adopted a beautiful kitten from them and they are always excited to see him (Bonnet!). I am treated with kindness and respect and have even had discounts off consults before. They really are the epitome of great customer service and animal lovers!:D

The team are absolutely amazing, we have sent our cats there for check-ups, treatments and boarding for nearly two decades.

They have cared for our 3 dogs and 5 cats - through routine procedures and care as well as terminal conditions for one cat and one dog. Melville Animal Hospital are amazing! Their vets are always educational, friendly, accommodating and reliable, I've never been happier with a veterinary clinic. The receptionists are lovely too, always remember my two cats names and are happy to have a chat and see how you and your pets are.
