MVH is by far one of the best vets I have found in Perth. Bringing our dogs from South Africa it was hard to find a vet that I was comfortable with. Walking in I knew immediately this was the place simply by the enthusiastic and absolutely lovely vet nurse behind the desk. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name as this was my first time but between her and the other amazing staff there I think I have finally found my furever vet.

The staff and vets at Mirrabooka vet clinic go above and beyond! I brought my cat in with something I felt could have been seen as trivial, and we were treated with the utmost respect.
Teagan was able to fit me in around working nightshift and even cleaned up my travel cage while we were in the consult room. Dr Jay validated my concerns, you can see that she loves her job and unlike consults at other clinics, I walked away without any confusion.
I travel over half an hour to see the staff at this clinic without any hesitation.

One of the ladies that worked there called Teagan was very rude. Felt like crying as I was already stressed out because my dog sick. Not good customer service. Don't feel like going back there again!

All of the staff I have encountered here are amazing, especially the vets. They will do anything to help you out and make sure you dont have to spend too much.
I once had a minor emergency with my cat and they were fully booked (was a Saturday). Instead of making me go to Balcatta Emergency where I would have been charged an awful lot, they took him in and looked at him in between appointments.
Absolutely amazing, if I could give you 10 stars I would! Love your work and will always come to you with my millions of pets haha

Alex was straightforward and full on but always had the animals best interest at heart. If ine was doing the right thing by one's animal, she was funny and a joy to deal with. I read with surprise the complaints about rude service. Maybe I have just been lucky but I have always found the front desk staff to be very friendly, helpful and courteous. The vets are great too, and their prices are considerably lower than other vets I have been to. So, overall, highly recommended, very impressed with the service, expertise, advice and professionalism, and will certainly go back again.

Unfortunately I too found the customer service to be pretty bad. I've been there a few times but I doubt I will be going back again. She (the front desk staff member) is rude, patronising and unhelpful. Although I will say that the vet we did see was very nice and helpful, explained anything to us in great detail.

I read with surprise the complaints about rude service. Maybe I have just been lucky but I have always found the front desk staff to be very friendly, helpful and courteous. The vets are great too, and their prices are considerably lower than other vets I have been to. So, overall, highly recommended, very impressed with the service, expertise, advice and professionalism, and will certainly go back again.
