I have had nothing but great experiences at this Vet. I find that the staff are friendly and helpful. I have taken my dog in there several times and found them very accommodating. My dog had skin issues too and the cream cleared it right up. My dog went through a stage of getting infections due to the dog next door biting him through the fence - the vet was very sympathetic and they discounted the fee as i was in there so often. My friends and in-laws take their pets (including horses) there too and they've never had a complaint. One of my friends and my mother in law had to have their dogs put down and the vet was very compassionate and did everything she could to make it as painless as possible. My dog does not usually like vets but he loved this one. We have since moved a few hundred km's away and I still take my dog here if possible for his vaccinations etc. My inlaws have been taking their pets to this vet for many years and have always had great service. I have heard bad things about the other vet in Northam. I have never seen a 'heavy set' woman working at this vet, so I'm not sure if the other person who has posted a review has the correct vet.
