Calling in after hours the on call vet raced there for me and treated my 4 legged baby with respect and made her feel as calm as she could be. Finding out kidney disease took her in 24hours and there was nothing else they could do, with the hardest decision of letting her go so she wasnt in pain was the hardest thing i have had to do but she was amazing and i really appreciate the love you showed her

Of my pets wounds come home infected and later charged my friend for putting her dog down after she said no. They suck and deserve to go out of business!!!!!!

EVERYTHING COSTS, don't ring expecting freebies like a cone for your dogs head coz its bleeding and inflamed, even if you ask for vet pay it has to cost $300 before you get assistance with anything, so sick of seeing my baby go through pain every day, he has ear problems for life and i can't even get a cone to put on his big head to help him. :(

Just want to thank the lovely staff for helping us deal with the end of our rescue greyhound Alice's life last Friday. The staff are just amazing, so caring, gentle and thoughtful. What was a very hard day was made a lot easier with your kindness! Thankyou. We received our card in the mail yesterday and we are are just blown away with it. Thankyou!
