We recently went through the trauma of having to euthanise our beautiful 15 yr old Bichon Frise due to renal failure. How blessed we were to have had her under the care of the amazing staff at Riverton Rossmoyne Vet Hospital throughout the past 3 yrs. Dr John, Dr Kim, Oneeka, Taylor and Ashleigh were compassionate and genuinely empathetic beyond what we had ever experienced before. They treated our family and our gorgeous wool baby with love and caring the likes of which we had never expected. They allowed us the time to grieve and joined us in this grief. From the flowers brought into the room where we would say goodbye to our girl, through to the sympathy card and follow up when we collected her ashes. It was the most peaceful ending to a wonderful life with an integral part of our family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the whole team - words don’t do justice to how grateful we are for your attention to the little things and clear love for all animals who are lucky enough to come into your care.

I have twice experiences with them that they have extremely over charged me.
Once, they gave me a much higher bill after my dog’s operation even I had a written quote from them and second time, they charged me $148 for 15 mins consultation and a normal routine ear drop. Same ear drop that he gets every second year to avoid infection. After the appointment, I asked another vet for the same service and they quoted me $98.
Unfortunately, they are extremely unreliable with pricing and they will hit you with unnecessary and extra charges at the end and when you ask why, their only explanation is that we forgot to explain the cost even when they cut the 30 minutes appointment to 15.
After 9years, I decided to leave them and never return.
Never recommend them.

Great service, great receptionist, went in for a routine check-up, nails trimmed, everything is great, but they failed to mention the price of the blood work that they "suggested our cat have" to make sure she's healthy. Which was not necessary blood work anyway because she's old and if she goes she goes, so before you say yes to the dress (ings of your animals needs), talk with your vet to make sure you're both on the same page about prices. Otherwise great place.

This vet hospital was fantastic helping me with a badly neglected neighbourhood cat that was being mistreated.
I was surprised that this vet hospital did not take the expected hard-line approach and say, we don't help homeless or abused animals because it is to expensive or sadly an over-whelming problem they deal with every day.
This is a vet hospital I will be taking my own pets to, because they love animals.

We recently went through the trauma of having to euthanise our beautiful 15 yr old Bichon Frise due to renal failure. How blessed we were to have had her under the care of the amazing staff at Riverton Rossmoyne Vet Hospital throughout the past 3 yrs. Dr John, Dr Kim, Oneeka, Taylor and Ashleigh were compassionate and genuinely empathetic beyond what we had ever experienced before.
