Nice friendly staff and I had become a regular customer but when I rang to make an appointment to book my dog in for a script and a check up for another possible problem I was not informed about the script fee on the initial call, after seeing my dog I asked for the same script they had given me on the previous visit (free) as the drugs for her skin rash are exactly the same as human drugs but half the price at the chemist saving me about $18 per container of 100 of which she will go through about 3 per year (big saving on a pension) when I asked the vet for the script she informed me there was $27 charge for writing it, I was dumbfounded as to how they could justify charging that price for maybe 1 minute of writing, $10 I could understand but that is just pure greed to make you buy the drugs from them, I paid for the script but you can say goodbye to me as of then. I recently had to have my 14 year old cat put to sleep, as upsetting as it was the staff at Rockingham Vet Clinic were absolutely amazing. They made it all so much easier and I would recommend them for all of your pet care. Read Less

I have been here about six times. Puppies vaccinated , chips and health checks. The staff is friendly and helpful . They are VET, that is there to help you and your pet ,they are not a business trying to make a huge profit from you. Read Less

After our moggy Apollo was hit by a car and had her tail amputated, she needed a lot of special attention. The caring and patient staff taught us how to express our (very annoyed) cat's bladder, and how to give her two doses of pills a day. Unfortunately Apollo recently disappeared only to be found peacefully 'sleeping' near a neighbour's pool. Staff took care of the cremation and two (very soggy and sad) cat parents.
