About cat boarding from Vet West south perth.
My original rating was 5 star. I have to change to 3 star now. We used Cats boarding service of Vet West south Perth twice.First time we realised the kitty camera’s battery went flat and no one noticed for half day until we called from overseas to let staff know. The 2nd time is 3 months later, we were told they are improving their boarding standard because it is still new to Vet West. We are very happy on the caring overall. However, kitty camera was put there overnight for charging left there until next Morning, it was fully charged but no once put back to kitty’s room. There was a note says “Camera charging, please contact us if you can’t see your kitty within 2 hours” while charging,obviously it was just a joke! It’s more than 18 hours........I had to send email to request to put camera back, then the camera was put into wrong room at all. I sent another email which no one did anything so I had to call from Greece. The staff said that he had to figure it out what’s going on and told me to call back if it’s still not fixed in 15mins. 30mins later, I called and had to explain again, they completely don’t know which cat belongs to which camera anymore just after charging. Unbelievable! And you rarely can see cats play in playground! Can’t see cats there got chances to play in playground very often, we were told will be every day. Please employ staffs really love and care about animals. 3 star means Vet West boarding service need more improvement to reach basic professional abilities if Vet West want to open more boarding business at other branches too.

The staff are always friendly and accommodating. My dog exhibits no fear coming here and seems to enjoy the attention from the all nurses. They run puppy social classes here too.

When my rabbit became very sick, the team at vet west were very kind and knowledgeable, over the phone and in person. Unfortunately my rabbit had to be put to sleep, but your team were so gentle anout the situation. I was also very suprised to get a card in the mail sending their best wishes to my family after our loss. I am looking to bring my cat in for a routine appointment this week and I know he will be very well cared for!

I thought this was a good caring vet. I am on a low income. Vetwest offered me a loan with 15 percent interest to get my two dogs teeth cleaned and maybe a couple removed was over $2000 plus $300 interest. I don't see this as a vet that cares about animals.
The girls on the front were very polite. This is nothing to did with them.

Just recently brought my cat here for a check up as he hadn't been well, the poor love is getting old and isn't too well, I normally take him to a local vet in Applecross. I was very impressed with the vets and their knowledge they knew exactly what they were talking about and really care about their patients its a nice change as the vet I normally go to I defiantly didn't experience this kind of care. These guys not only were highly accommodating but they are open Sundays (no extra charges) and are open to 7pm most nights, which is very helpful for someone like me that works a lot a can't make appointments during business hours. Highly recommend them and prices they charge are very reasonable.

Theses Guys looked after my old cat, never as her actual vet, because she had one, but they would get her special food in & were always friendly & asked about her. She is gone now in her 20th year. We have taken a couple of native hurt birds to them to take care of. The one thing we wish we knew was what happened to those little guys as they said they would let us know. Clean, Modern, Friendly. We adopted our beautiful boy Hershey a year ago and the wonderful staff have always been so curious and ask after him all the time (we stull come to you for food). Luckily we haven't needed to bring Hershey in for any vet care but before Hershey we had the sad need to send off our baby to Cat Heaven and the staff were respectful and gentle at that time. Over all I love this Vet Clinic!!!!!

About cat boarding from Vet West south perth.
My original rating was 5 star. I have to change to 3 star now. We used Cats boarding service of Vet West south Perth twice.First time we realised the kitty camera’s battery went flat and no one noticed for half day until we called from overseas to let staff know. I thought this was a good caring vet. I am on a low income. Vetwest offered me a loan with 15 percent interest to get my two dogs teeth cleaned and maybe a couple removed was over $2000 plus $300 interest. I don't see this as a vet that cares about animals.

Just recently brought my cat here for a check up as he hadn't been well, the poor love is getting old and isn't too well, I normally take him to a local vet in Applecross. I was very impressed with the vets and their knowledge they knew exactly what they were talking about and really care about their patients its a nice change as the vet I normally go to I defiantly didn't experience this kind of care. These guys not only were highly accommodating but they are open Sundays (no extra charges) and are open to 7pm most nights, which is very helpful for someone like me that works a lot a can't make appointments during business hours. Highly recommend them and prices they charge are very reasonable.

We adopted our beautiful boy Hershey a year ago and the wonderful staff have always been so curious and ask after him all the time (we stull come to you for food). Luckily we haven't needed to bring Hershey in for any vet care but before Hershey we had the sad need to send off our baby to Cat Heaven and the staff were respectful and gentle at that time. Over all I love this Vet Clinic!!!!!
