Fantastic vet service, the team are knowledgeable, organised and sympathetic. They take time to get to know the animal and approach all treatments with care and consideration. Sadly they have been targeted by a number of clients who have treatments and refuse to make payments, or book specialist appointments and don’t turn up. This is leaving them, like many vet practices, cross and stressed, they want to do the best for all the animals they see, please help them by being respectful of the staff and paying your bill. I have recently changed my Vet for my little fur baby (15 years) and it is the best thing I ever did. This Vet clinic was recommended by a friend a few months ago and I jumped at the chance to change as we were not happy with the one were we attending. I now wish I had known about this when we moved from country to this area three years ago. They are the most caring individuals with all animals from the very welcoming front reception staff to the Drs, especially Katie. I would recommend this clinic to anyone, they are looking after my little one like he is the only pet they have and I have so much confidence in them. Read Less

My old dog, had come to the end of his life and I talked to very compassionate staff who promised I could take him out the back door after he was 'asleep'. Later at my appt I waited 20+ minutes and the vet who I saw was a HARD man and rough with my dog. When Bruce snarled at him he jumped back saying he was bitten.
