Have been bringing my dog to them for about a year. Had him vaccinated, desexed and checked every time he needed. I spent quite a bit of money there. The vet ladies and one of the nurses (because the other one got really pissed off for having to clean my dogs pee on the floor after he came out of surgery) were always very nice and helpful, even though every time I came in I saw a different vet. One day my dog got really sick and I brought him in, 2 days later, he was still sick so I called the clinic and asked to speak to the vet who had just seen him 2 days earlier. The receptionist and the nurse (yes, I called them twice) refused to put me through the vet because apparently they were too busy.I asked if I could leave my number and have him call me back whenever he could and they still refused replying that if I was so worried, I should bring him down. Well, if they were that busy, they wouldnt have any appointments available would they? Anyway, after discussing and getting frustrated at the receptionist she agreed to get the vet (who is also the owner) to call me.
He told me that his staff were right not to put me throught to him and that I was pretty much wasting his precious time. All I wanted was some feedback over the phone in order to know what to do with my sick dog, instead, they wanted me to bring my dog again and pay another 70 $ for the consultation. I wouldnt mind doing that, however, all I needed to know was: increase the medication or not? cut the food or not? Thats all, I dont think its fair, it was 3 minutes of his time. No customer services at all. Anyway, not a very reliable clinic, over priced and a few missed diagnosis. NEVER BRINGING MY DOG BACK. Cynthia ReidlRead Less
