CAH have been there in my dark days, (euthanizing my dog,) and my happy days, (vaccinating & puppy training my new pups,) and they've handled both with sensitivity, generosity of time, and the appropriate level of personal interaction. They aren't there to deliver good news all the time, and when they have to deliver bad news, it's done with aplomb. I trust them with my pups lives, and they've always given their best efforts, and tolerated my overbearing fur-parent worry! There are some terrific vets out there, and CAH are among the very best. Thanks Chapman Animal hospital for always getting our fur baby in whenever we are concerned. A fortnight ago I called up first thing before I started work to make an appointment for Luna and unfortunately your computer system was down. I asked the lovely lady on the phone to just give me a call and leave a voice message so I knew when the computers were back up and working. The team at Chapman Animal Hospital are some of the most patient and caring people I have ever come across. One of my boys is very hard to manage at the best of times however each visit they take their time to make him feel comfortable and are very calm and gentle with him until he settles down. Very friendly staff, great vets! Both our fur babies had surgery and one of them even had to go on a Saturday night on another occasion as he was very unwell. The staff was available right away and came to the clinic to treat him in only 20 minutes. Our special thanks to doctor Pung. Thanks heaps! The vets and nurses are wonderful at Chapman animal hospital. They were so thorough and caring when our Xena decided to go dumpster diving and eat some rotten meat that gave her a rather nasty toxic shock. I was so scared she wasn't going to make it but the staff at CAH were so lovely and Xena came home again and lives to tell the tale. Thank you so much guys, she really means the world to us. Chapman Animal Hospital are my regular Vets and have been for many years and have seen my furbabies through generals checks and vaccinations through to emergency surgery. On all occasions the reception staff, wonderful nurses and dedicated Veterinarians are friendly, knowledgeable, honest, caring and will go the extra mile. Last week two of my senior fur babies were placed in the capable hands of the Dr Richard Aplin and the nurses, thorough checks on my one of my girls identified additional suspect lumps which were surgically removed. I moved to Geraldton in April. Buddy my beloved pooch need a new vet so I called Chapman animal hospital they were friendly and up front on everything I ask no hidden grey areas. Buddy had the snip they follow up with a call to see how he was going after surgery plus the send a loving and caring text when Buddy was out and in recovery which was nice as they treat you friend like a own child , plus I was was stuck on a bag of food which they stocked at one staged but supplier stop it and not in the size I wanted so they went and found the size I wanted and ordered it came the next day and no extra charge winning winning winning I say.
